A major breakthrough has occurred in the scientific community’s almost unanimous skeptical reaction to Dr. Salvator Pais’ patent for a portable nuclear fusion reactor that would power his proposed “Hybrid Aerospace Underwater Craft” – a prestigious engineering journal has published a paper authored by him describing his incredible invention and its applications.

The paper is titled “The Plasma Compression Fusion Device—Enabling Nuclear Fusion Ignition” and it appeared in the November 2019 edition (Vol 47, Issue 11) of the journal, IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science. The journal is published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and only publishes articles that are peer reviewed in a blind submission process.

The importance of Pais’ paper being published in such a prestigious journal is that prominent electrical engineers have concluded that his concepts are worthy of being taken seriously even though most scientists, including patent examiners, have expressed outright skepticism about their feasibility.

In a January 22 article describing the publication of Pais’ paper, the Drive’s Brett Tingley interviewed a number of scientists that ridiculed Pais’ ideas as “pseudo-science and empty jargon”. Yet, as Tingley has pointed out previously, the Chief Technology Officer of the Naval Aviation Enterprise, Dr. James Sheehy, firmly supports Pais’ inventions as “operable”, and decades of government research support the feasibility of similar concepts.

Now the IEEE paper adds another level of scientific credibility to Pais’ invention since the anonymous reviewers clearly concluded it was not “pseudo-science and empty jargon”.

In the abstract to his paper, Pais writes:

The plasma compression fusion device (PCFD) generates the energy gain by plasma compression-induced nuclear fusion. This concept has the capability of maximizing the product of plasma pressure and energy confinement time to maximize the energy gain, and thus give rise to fusion ignition conditions….

The concept uses controlled motion of electrically charged matter through accelerated vibration and/or accelerated spin subjected to smooth, yet rapid acceleration transients, to generate extremely high-energy/high-intensity EM radiation (fields of high-energy photons) which not only confines the plasma but also greatly compresses it so as to produce a high power density plasma burn, leading to ignition. The PCFD concept can produce power in the gigawatt to terrawatt range (and higher) with input power in the kilowatt to megawatt range and can possibly lead to ignition (self-sustained) plasma burn. Several important practical engineering and operational issues with operating a device such as the PCFD are discussed.

Pais’ nuclear fusion reactor with a proposed output of 1000 gigawatts (one terrawatt) or even higher, far exceeds the maximum output of the largest nuclear power plant in the US, Palo Verde in Arizona, which produces a paltry four gigawatts in comparison. Indeed, Pais’ invention dwarfs the power supply of the nuclear fission reactors powering the new Gerald Ford Class aircraft carriers, which produce only 0.7 gigawatts (700 megawatts).

Put simply, if Pais’ invention proves to be feasible, then it could virtually end the fossil fuel industry overnight and revolutionize the aerospace industry since it is fully portable.

In fact, Pais proposed the nuclear fusion reactor as the power supply for his “Hybrid Aerospace Underwater Vehicle” he described in an earlier patent granted on December 4, 2018, after it had been earlier turned down by a skeptical examiner. Pais fully intended his nuclear plasma fusion reactor to be used in future generations of air and space craft.

In an earlier article, I discussed how Pais’ nuclear fusion reactor would be capable of powering the kilometer-long spacecraft that several insiders claimed to have been secretly built and deployed as far back as the early 1980s.

According to the late William Tompkins, a former aerospace systems engineer, Nautilus class nuclear powered attack submarines were retrofitted to be able to perform the hybrid maneuvers of underwater, air and space operations in the late 1970s. The retrofitted submarines were used as prototypes for the larger kilometer-sized spacecraft then secretly under construction near the Wasatch Mountains, Utah.

The retrofitting of a nuclear submarine would have required swapping out its nuclear fission reactor, with something far more powerful, like Pais’ nuclear fusion reactor, in order to convert submarines into hybrid water, air and space craft. All this occurred back in the late 1970s, which means that something similar to Pais’ nuclear fusion reactor must have existed at that time and was being secretly used by the US military.

This is where the testimony of David Adair becomes important to understanding the history of the clandestine development and the use of nuclear fusion reactor engines. Adair claims that back in 1971, he built a prototype “electromagnetic fusion containment engine” for a 10-foot rocket he developed with the active support of the US Air Force. Adair says that he was backed by General Curtis LeMay, the former USAF Chief of Staff from 1961 to 1965, who secretly provided Adair with resources and USAF personnel even though he was only 17 at the time on a science project.

Documentary support for Adair’s remarkable testimony comes from local newspaper reports describing the Air Force certificate he won for his 10-foot rocket project. An April 19, 1971 news story from the Mount Vernon News says that his rocket exhibit “has been selected as the most outstanding in the field of engineering sciences”.

Adair’s story was first covered in a 2002 interview with Robert Stanley published in Nexus Magazine. In short, Adair claims that as a result of his success in building a prototype nuclear fusion engine for his 10-foot rocket, he was given access to a much larger “electromagnetic fusion containment engine” at Groom Lake, Nevada (aka Area 51). Adair learned that the engine at Area 51 was extraterrestrial in origin and the Air Force was attempting to reverse engineer it.

While there are differences in the way Adair described the operation of his “electromagnetic fusion containment engine” to Pais description of the operation of his “Plasma Compression Fusion Device”, the similarities are remarkable. Both use electromagnetic energy in unconventional ways to ignite a nuclear fusion process in a portable engine that can generate an enormous energy output.

Adair’s testimony gives us crucial insights into the timeline for the development of nuclear fusion engines using plasma and electromagnetic devices. These were being studied and developed in the early 1970s, making the initial prototypes ready for deployment by the late 1970s – the time Tompkins says that the Navy began deploying its retrofitted Nautilus submarines as hybrid water, air and space craft.

It’s no coincidence that Pais’ inventions are being exposed to the scientific community at the same time that Space Force has been officially created. As detailed in my Secret Space Program book series, both the US Air Force and Navy have a number of antigravity craft that use non-conventional energy systems for their power supply. The most important undoubtedly are the nuclear fusion reactors that are ignited via plasma and electromagnetic devices such as Pais and Adair’s inventions.

The antigravity spacecraft secretly developed by the USAF are being increasingly leaked to the general public as exemplified in photos taken of triangle and rectangle-shaped antigravity craft near MacDill Air Force Base in 2017 and 2018.

Space Force, as discussed in my USAF Secret Space Program (2019), has been created to unveil to the general public the arsenal of spacecraft and weapons that have been developed in classified programs and covertly deployed. This is supported by statements made by the USAF Secretary, Barbara Barrett, in December 2019, when she said the following about classified Air Force technologies:

Declassifying some of what is currently held in secure vaults would be a good idea… You would have to be careful about what we declassify, but there is much more classified than what needs to be.

The publication of Pais’s paper in a prestigious engineering journal in November 2019 is a sure sign that the scientific community is being given advance notice that revolutionary energy systems exist that use unconventional electromagnetic and plasma devices to ignite the nuclear fusion process, and scientists/engineers need to start paying attention.

The US Navy has authorized the publication of a patent for a nuclear fusion reactor that can both generate enormous quantities of power and yet be small enough to be fitted on mobile platforms, including spacecraft. The patent’s publication supports Whistleblower/Insider claims of mile (1.6 kilometers) long space carriers that have been secretly built and deployed by the Navy since the late 1970s and early 1980s.

The patent application for a “Plasma Compression Fusion Device” was just published on September 26 after being lodged on behalf of the Secretary of the Navy back on March 22, 2019. The inventor is Dr. Salvator Pais, who works at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and has previously lodged other patents on behalf of the Navy concerning a hybrid air, water, and space vehicle propelled and protected by electromagnetic fields.

In the patent description, Dr. Pais explains how his nuclear fusion device differs from similar devices under development:

At present there are few envisioned fusion reactors/devices that come in a small, compact package (ranging from 0.3 to 2 meters in diameter) and typically they use different versions of plasma magnetic confinement. Three such devices are the Lockheed Martin (LM) Skunk Works Compact Fusion Reactor (LM-CFR), the EMC2 Polywell fusion concept, and the Princeton Field-Reversed Configuration (PFRC) machine. […] These devices feature short plasma confinement times, possible plasma instabilities with the scaling of size, and it is questionable whether they have the ability of achieving the break-even fusion condition, let alone a self-sustained plasma burn leading to ignition.

Ignition is the point at which the nuclear fusion process begins generating electrical power in a self-sustaining way through the superheated plasma. Dr. Pais further explains how his device will use electromagnetic fields to ignite the nuclear fusion process:

The plasma compression fusion device utilizes controlled motion of electrically charged matter via accelerated vibration and/or accelerated spin subjected to smooth yet rapid acceleration-deceleration-acceleration transients, in order to generate extremely high energy/high intensity electromagnetic fields. These fields not only confine the plasma core but also greatly compress it (by inducing a high energy negative potential well) so as to produce a high power density plasma burn, leading to ignition.

The amount of power that could be generated is explained by Brett Tingley and Tyler Rogoway, aerospace researchers at The Drive:

It is claimed in the patent application that this plasma compression fusion device is capable of producing power in the gigawatt (1 billion watts) to terawatt (1 trillion watts) range and above with input power only in the kilowatt (1,000 watts) to megawatt (1,000,000 watts) range. By comparison, America’s largest nuclear power plant, the Palo Verde nuclear power plant in Arizona, generates around 4,000 megawatts (4 gigawatts), and the A1B nuclear reactors designed for the Navy’s Gerald R. Ford-class aircraft carriers generate around 700 megawatts.

Pais’ description makes clear that the nuclear fusion reactor is the power supply for several innovative patent devices that would go into the Hybrid Aerospace Underwater Craft (HAUC) the patent for which was awarded on December 4, 2018.  The HAUC, as previously described, would generate a quantum vacuum field outside the hull, removing all air, water, or other molecules, thereby enabling the craft to rapidly move through the atmosphere, ocean, and space without meeting any resistance.

Remarkably, the HAUC was awarded after the Chief Technology Officer for the Naval Aviation Enterprise, Dr. James Sheehy, intervened in an appeal against a rejection by the patent examiner who viewed the HAUC device as not scientifically feasible due to the need for an extraordinarily high power supply that produces “more electricity than what is produced by nuclear reactors”.

The examiner was referring to “nuclear fission” reactors used by the Navy in its aircraft carrier and submarine fleets, and pointing out that these would not be enough to meet the energy needs of the HAUC.

The nuclear fusion reactor device described in the latest patent application provides an explanation for what would power the HAUC and generate the quantum vacuum around it.

The other patent devices for the operation of HAUC include the “High Frequency Gravitational Wave Generator”(HFGWG) that would provide the craft’s propulsion system by creating gravity waves that would create a surf-ride effect.

Another patent is the “Electromagnetic Field Generator and method to generate an Electromagnetic Field” (EFG) that would generate an electromagnetic shield to protect the craft from missile attacks, Coronal Mass Ejections, and space debris. Importantly, both the HFGWG and EFG would be powered by the nuclear fusion reactor.

Yet another patent is the “Piezoelectricity-induced Room Temperature Superconductor” which can store enormous quantities of electrical energy. This “room temperature superconductor” is what would ultimately store the electrical power produced by the nuclear fusion reactor. The superconductor would also enable the HAUC and other mobile platforms to operate for extended periods if the nuclear fusion reactor went offline, and a back-up power supply had to be used.

For a second time, the Naval Aviation Enterprise’s Dr. Sheehy intervened in support of Dr. Pais when a second patent examiner rejected the room temperature superconductor as scientifically unfeasible. Dr. Sheehy’s letter explained why the superconductor “is operable and enabled via the physics described in the patent application”.

Tingley and Rogoway have extensively covered previous patents granted to Dr. Pais and the controversy over the Navy’s extraordinary interventions in support of his inventions widely regarded by open-source scientists as outlandish.

Tingley and Rogoway speculate on possible explanations for why the Navy has been doing this:

[I]s the Navy building some sort of incredible craft based on science that remains foreign to the larger scientific community? Did they already do this years ago and are just slowly lifting the veil now? Are they clumsily trying to emulate what their pilots are seeing in the field, but can not yet fully explain? Could these patents just represent gross mismanagement of resources on the Navy’s behalf? Or is this all some sort of elaborate disinformation play by the Navy—one that seems to have emerged right in step the rise of major peer-state competition from the likes of Russia and China, and the biggest expansion of advanced aerospace development programs in decades?

Tingley and Rogoway’s question, “Did they already do this years ago and are just slowly lifting the veil now?” takes us directly to the eyewitness testimony of whistleblowers and insiders who claim to have worked on kilometers-long space carriers secretly designed and deployed by the US Navy in the 1970s and 1980s.

William Tompkins’ testimony, in particular, stands out since he claims he designed kilometers long cigar-shaped space carriers while employed at a secret think tank at Douglas Aircraft Company and other leading aerospace corporations from the  1950s to 1970s. What gives Tompkins’ testimony great weight is that he worked directly under Dr. Wolfgang Klemperer, the former chief designer for the US Navy’s flying aircraft carriers, the USS Akron and Macon, built and deployed in the 1930s by the Goodyear-Zeppelin corporation, where he worked at up to 1936.

Importantly, Tompkins claims that before the deployment of these kilometers-long space carriers in the early 1980s, the Navy retrofitted nuclear (fission) powered submarines as prototype spacecraft in the late 1970s. I recently interviewed a chemical engineer, who is still working in the industry and has chosen to remain anonymous, who says he served on a retrofitted nuclear submarine deployed into space in 1979. 

If retrofitted nuclear submarines and kilometers-long cigar-shaped space carriers were secretly deployed by the Navy in the late 1970s and early 1980s, as Tompkins claimed, then the power supply needed to lift and propel such craft into Earth orbit would vastly exceed that used by nuclear fission reactors.

As Tingley and Rogoway point out, the nuclear fission reactors in the modern Gerald Ford-class aircraft carriers generate 0.7 gigawatts. This pales in comparison to Pais’s nuclear fusion reactor that can generate up to 1000 gigawatts. A retrofitted nuclear fusion-powered submarine or kilometers-long space carrier could consequently generate sufficient electrical power for the electromagnetic propulsions systems incorporated into these crafts, similar to what Pais proposed for the HAUC.

The US Navy’s publication of a patent application for a nuclear fusion reactor appears to be part of a disclosure process designed to get the aerospace industry and general public ready for future announcements of secret space programs. It’s worth emphasizing that Tompkins and others claims that retrofitted submarines and space carriers were deployed in the 1970s/1980s, is directly supported by the Navy’s acknowledgement that nuclear fusion engines necessary for achieving such a stupendous feat, is a viable technology.

Consequently, the nuclear fusion reactors used in the Navy’s secret space program are over four decades old, which provides a compelling reason for why the Navy is allowing the release of these technologies now.

Critically, by patenting the nuclear fusion reactor and the other revolutionary electromagnetic propulsion technologies released by Pais, the Navy would not only save funds that it would otherwise have to pay companies for the use of such technologies, but also potentially raise enormous revenue in the future to fund its secret space program for decades to come. The Navy’s release of the nuclear fusion reactor patent is an extraordinary event that can revolutionize the aerospace industry and our planet very quickly with cheap and virtually unlimited electrical power.

The Los Angeles Air Raid on February 24/25, 1942 opened an unprecedented chapter in the evolution of the US Navy. In response to this incident, a covert research program to investigate the feasibility of exotic antigravity propulsion technologies was developed. In addition, navy operatives were embedded in Nazi-occupied Europe to learn about the Germans’ advanced flying saucer programs, and they discovered the Nazis were receiving assistance from two extraterrestrial groups with very different agendas.

An extensive number of documents substantiate Tompkins’ claims of the existence of a covert navy program created to study, design, and build deep space battle groups. They became operational in the 1980s. Now the navy has a new goal to enact a plan to level the universal playing field, and the election of President Donald Trump may just be the wild card they needed to reveal…everything!

Part one in this series raised the possibility that George Adamski was fooled into believing that Venus was the origin of Orthon, the flying saucer occupant he met in December 1952. There are a number of aspects about Adamski’s 1952 contactee case that leads to the conclusion that Orthon was part of a German secret space program, and/or linked to an extraterrestrial alliance that had actively helped Nazi Germany leading up to and during World War.

The flying saucers that Adamski had photographed very closely resembled the Haunebu antigravity craft that had allegedly been developed in Nazi Germany.

The exact specifications of the Haunebu craft contained in Nazi SS files were first released by Vladimir Terziski, an engineer and former member of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. The Nazi files were released after the collapse of the Warsaw Pact on February 25, 1991, and came into Terziski’s possession after he had immigrated to the US in 1984.

Below is a comparison of a 1943 design of a Haunebu II flying saucer craft being developed by the Nazi SS for the war effort, and a scout craft photographed by Adamski in December 1952.

Note the major point of difference is that the Nazi craft had some kind of artillery device signifying an attempt at weaponizing flying saucer craft for the war effort. Indeed, in 1950, articles appeared in major newspapers around the world citing interviews with prominent Italian and German scientists who confirmed that the Axis powers had been cooperating in a secret effort to weaponize flying saucers.

The configuration of the 1943 Haunebu craft is so similar to those Adamski photographed in 1952 as to suggest that if not the same type of vehicle, then whoever developed the latter was at a similar technological level of development as the Germans in the mid-1940’s.

Yet, if Orthon was from Venus, and part of an advanced interplanetary association as discussed by Zirger in his book, We Are Here: Visitors without a Passport (2017), then how could the first generation of Nazi flying saucers have been almost identical to craft used in a far more technologically evolved interplanetary society?

One explanation is that extraterrestrials had provided craft to Nazi Germany so that they could be reverse engineered. This is supported by information provided by former aerospace engineer, William Tompkins, who says that US Navy spies had reported during their debriefings at Naval Air Station, San Diego, from 1942 to 1946, that the Germans had been given over a dozen models of operational antigravity spacecraft.

The Nazis were furiously attempting to reverse engineer these for the war effort, but were ultimately unsuccessful as far as their European based programs were concerned.

Tompkins’ information helps us understand that the 1943 Haunebu II diagram was an attempt by the Nazis to weaponize an antigravity flying saucer, which had been given to Hitler’s Third Reich by extraterrestrial allies as a result of a secret agreement.

Therefore, Orthon may have only pretended to be from Venus, in order to hide the existence of a German space program that had survived World War II.

Orthon only communicated with Adamski non-verbally using sign language during the 1952 Desert Center encounter. Adamski explained in a lecture that Orthon “spoke mostly in a strange dialect wholly unintelligible to Adamski” (We Are Here, Kindle Location 903of 5403).

Was the “strange dialect” High German which, as mentioned in Part 1 of this series, Reinhold Schmidt identified as being used by the spacecraft occupants during his 1957 contact experience. Schmidt had a German background and was also taught High German at school, but Adamski may have not been able to identify German dialects since his background was Polish-American.

Alternatively, Adamski may have known that Orthon spoke German, but was not allowed to publicly reveal this for national security reasons.

It has long been rumored that after each of his extraterrestrial contact experiences, Adamski was secretly flown from California to the Pentagon by the U.S. Air Force where he was debriefed about his contacts. In May 2009, a rare video was released containing interviews with various witnesses who knew about Adamski and his secret debriefings at the Pentagon.

The witnesses confirmed that Adamski possessed a military ordnance ID card which allowed him access into the Pentagon. The military ID was witnessed by several people, who had worked in various Department of Defense positions.

Among the witnesses was William Sherwood who had previously worked for the U.S. Army Ordnance Department and possessed his own Ordnance pass. Sherwood saw Adamski’s Ordnance pass and confirmed its authenticity.

Sherwood’s and other supporting testimony gives credence to rumors that Adamski was indeed secretly briefing the Pentagon about his extraterrestrial contacts.

In 1952, the Pentagon was well aware that a German Space Program had survived World War II and had begun operating over U.S. territory. Senior Pentagon officials wanted this to be kept secret. Consequently, it is very possible that Adamski was told not to say anything about Orthon speaking German to prevent the public from learning the truth.

The possibility that Orthon was part of a German Secret Space Program, based in Antarctica, which was operating over U.S. territory, is strengthened by events leading up to the 1952 Washington Flyover. This occurred only months before Adamski’s encounter with Orthon.

 Rockstar Tom DeLonge today Live Streamed the launch of his latest venture, To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science. During this Live Streaming he introduced a number of former aerospace scientists and defense department personnel knowledgeable in applying exotic information gained from the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP – aka UFO) for the development of advanced transportation technologies.

Each of the presenters at the Live Stream explained some of their expertise acquired during their careers and how it could help in the development of a transportation revolution. This is exemplified in the effort to develop a space-time device that could make transportation around the globe possible in a matter of minutes.

This is what former Lockheed engineer, now head of the Science Division at To The Stars Academy, Stephen Justice, had to say about the device:

This is a concept for an international point-to-point transportation craft that will erase the current travel limits of distance and time.  It mimics the capabilities observed in unidentified aerial phenomenon by employing a drive system that alters space-time metric.  We have glimpses of how the physics of this works, but we need to harvest technologies from the Science Division to “realize” the capability.

Elon Musk recently discussed his newest initiative involving the “Big F*ucking Rocket” (BFR) which is based on reusable rocket technology to cut travel between major cities to under an hour in his address to the International Astronautical Congress in Adelaide, Australia. DeLonge’s team is laying a more futuristic vision using more advanced space-time technology.

DeLonge emphasized how groundbreaking it was that individuals with former deep access to the classified aerospace industry were willing to go on the public record in being an integral part of the To The Stars Academy.

What was unsaid is that such individuals have worked in classified aerospace projects where these very space-time technologies have been successfully developed, and are operational in secret space programs, as insiders including former aerospace engineer, William Tompkins, have been revealing.

Last year, DeLonge met with Tompkins, who recently passed away on August 21, 2017. The meeting was also attended by former McDonnell Douglas scientist, Dr. Robert Wood, who has played an important role in verifying Tompkins’ information about an alleged US Navy Secret Space Program.

DeLonge couldn’t believe that his team of government and military insiders would have been denied knowledge of such a Navy run space program if it was genuine.

Nevertheless, evidence continues to grow that both the Navy and US Air Force have their own separate aerospace programs using space-time technologies.

DeLonge’s co-authored book, Sekret Machines Book 1: Chasing Shadows (2016) described such a classified Air Force program, and suggested that non-fiction books would appear with more information about it gained from his team, at the time, of 10 advisors. DeLonge’s 2017 book, Sekret Machines: Gods: Volume 1 of Gods, Man & War, was a big disappointment in that regard. His promised disclosure of a USAF secret space program appears to have stalled.

The new acronym for sightings of craft belonging to secret space programs is UAP, which appears to be an attempt at distancing the study of such craft from the long standing UFO field of investigation and its extraterrestrial connotation.

DeLonge’s initiative has parallels to Dr. Steven Greer’s earlier Sirius Project, which tried to revolutionize the transportation industry by having inventors and whistleblowers collaborate in releasing new energy technologies.

Ultimately, Dr. Greer failed to break through the restrictions imposed by the national security system set up to prevent the public release of such technologies.

Back in the late 1960’s, Dr. Robert Wood ran a study of UFO sightings in order to determine the commercial viability of antigravity performing technologies for the McDonnell Douglas aerospace company. Ultimately, limited funding led to the end of Dr. Wood’s study.

It appears that DeLonge may have better luck in achieving this breakthrough given the support he is receiving through the military community and elements of the aerospace industry. He hopes to crowdfund his To The Stars Academy. A promotional video was shown at the livestream providing information on how the public can support DeLonge’s initiative.

Many will be disappointed in DeLonge’s failure to get insiders to reveal their knowledge of classified aerospace projects that use space-time technologies. Nevertheless, his To The Stars Academy deserves support, as much as Musk’s BFR initiative, since both will help open public imagination to the possibility of a profound transportation revolution.

When it comes to developing space-time transportation technologies, the prospect of reinventing the wheel will be time consuming and duplicates what has occurred in the classified world. Yet this seems necessary while efforts continue to push for the disclosure of black project technologies to the public,

Former Lockheed Skunkworks director Ben Rich famously summarized the problem when he said:

We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do.

DeLonge’s To The Stars Academy of Arts and Science, doesn’t qualify as such an act of God, but it is a small step forward in facilitating such a breakthrough.

I have just learned that William Milton Tompkins passed away early this morning at around 2 am Pacific Time in San Diego, California. Bill’s transition on this day of a full solar eclipse across the USA is yet another remarkable synchronicity in a long and productive life. In addition to working for decades with the US Navy, leading aerospace corporations, and Navy support organizations with multiple achievements, Bill decided to cap his remarkable life with his insider testimony about the Navy’s secret space program.

It’s hard to believe that in the short space of less than two years, from the December 2015 publication of his book, Selected by Extraterrestrials, Bill has electrified the UFO/exopolitics community with his incredible testimony about the Navy’s secret development of space battle groups with the assistance of major aerospace companies beginning with Douglas Aircraft. Dr Bob Wood told me that the second volume of Bill’s autobiography is currently with editors and the plan is to still move forward with publication.

Bill’s transition today means that he will be aiding all dedicated to full disclosure from the other side of the veil, and will be sending his sweet energy and humor to aid all us in this planetary transition.

I plan to write a more detailed article about Bill’s accomplishments in the next day or so with more information about upcoming events to honor Bill’s life and achievements.

Update: 8/21/17 – Email from Dr Robert Wood:

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

We saw Bill and Mary Friday afternoon because Mary came to Oceanside to get her hair done, and they decided to come visit with Lynda and me since they were halfway here. Bill brought some of his weekly calendars from 1968 onward and we had a nice chat. He seemed fine, and drove home after a nice visit.

On Sunday I got an email from Bill’s son Dean saying that on Saturday he had a “brain bleed and is expected to pass away soon.” He was on his way to Southern California.

Later Sunday I talked to Mary who said he had fallen twice, and didn’t respond the second time so they called an ambulance. He was taken to Scripps La Jolla where they concluded, according to Mary, it was a “blood tumor” in the brain and was inoperable.

This morning I got a call from one of his nieces, saying he passed at 2 AM this morning, and that they would let me know when and where there will be a service.

I’m sort of in shock because it was so sudden.

Mary will continue to receive the proceeds from Bill book sales.

I am planning to continue with Book 2 without Bill’s final proofreading.

I will let everyone interested know as soon as I learn of the time and place for a memorial service.


Bob Wood

On July 16, leading UFO historian, Richard Dolan, released an article setting out his views about how to assess individuals who have claimed to have direct knowledge and experience concerning secret space programs. He explains his sympathy for the view that such programs exist, and that people have been through these programs where they have or want to come forward with what they know.

However, he describes his general skeptism about individuals who not only claim to be whistleblowers with detailed knowledge about secret space programs, but who also achieve a certain degree of public acceptance, while providing no evidence in support of their claims:

But when it comes to significant claims being made–really big claims that are not only radical on their own merits but which transform the field (and bring fame and money to those making them), then we clearly need a higher standard than “he seems like a good guy with a detailed story so I believe him.”

Richard views such individuals as wittingly or unwittingly muddying the waters, making it increasingly difficult for independent researchers seeking to ascertain the truth about these programs.

He describes three whistleblowers in particular who have come forward and gained a level of public attention with their incredible claims:

Some of the most prominent of these people include Andrew Basiago, Randy Kramer, and Corey Goode. These three individuals have each claimed to have gone to Mars for extended periods of time. That’s explosive enough, of course, but they have also stated that they have engaged in time travel.

Richard points out that the lack of evidence means that we need to take the whistleblowers word for it, which can be a dangerous thing for researchers:

Again, I must emphasize that none of these whistleblowers has made a claim that an independent investigator can confirm. Everything is based on trust. Believing such stories without genuine evidence takes us down a dangerous road within an already treacherous field that is constantly in the crosshairs of a skeptical establishment.

He is here attempting to steer what he perceives to be the middle path between a highly critical group of skeptics and debunkers claiming such whistleblowers are, at best, delusional or at worst pathological liars, and supporters accepting whatever the whistleblowers have to say on trust alone.

Richard refers to a series of emails he received encouraging him to come out against Goode in particular, who has recently been subjected to sustained criticism from Bill Ryan and Daniel Liszt (aka Dark Journalist) in a series of interviews. Ryan and Liszt have been a focal point for an internet campaign to discredit Goode as a pathological liar.

I have responded to their alleged impartial investigation of Goode elsewhere in terms of how they ignore documents and expert testimonies that validate Goode’s claims about his two-decades long background in the Information Technology industry. By ignoring Goode’s verifiable background, both investigators have deliberately attempted to cast doubt on his credibility by asserting that he came forward purely for monetary gain, as opposed to genuine whistleblower’ desire to reveal the truth about official wrong doing even at the cost of a once lucrative career.

I have reached out to Richard to share my assessment of Ryan and Listz’s hoax investigation, and included a link to the documents and experts I contacted and who corroborated Goode’s background. Richard has not replied, which I find surprising. Surely the willful obfuscation of a whistleblower’s background deserves public scrutiny and rebuke when investigators have acted inappropriately!

Yet apparently, Mr Dolan doesn’t agree. He doesn’t bring up any problems with Ryan and Liszt’s investigation of Goode in his post, but he does mention a problem with me. Apparently I have a trust issue:

I’ve known Michael for over a decade, and have had several long conversations with him. What I say here I have said to him personally: I believe he has done genuine and good research on a number of matters, but has a tendency to be too trusting. From my perspective, it’s always been like that. There are people who love his work, and there are haters. I am neither, but am always looking for information I can use. Sometimes I get good information and insights from his work and so I find him worthwhile to listen to, even if I don’t approve of his quickness to jump to conclusions.

I find Richard’s assessment that I have a “tendency to be too trusting” unsurprising since it reflects my contrary view of his tendency to be too dismissive of those sincerely and honestly stating their experiences. They may well be telling the truth about extraordinary experiences, but are dismissed simply because they don’t provide sufficient evidence to satisfy whatever standard he and other UFO researchers arbitrarily set.

To me, it has always been far more dangerous to exclude witness testimony simply because they don’t provide sufficient evidence to some arbitrarily defined standard, as opposed to seriously investigating it based on their sincerity, honesty and often sacrifice in coming forward.

It’s wrong to assume that an investigator “trusts” a whistleblower simply because he or she consider them sincere and thus worthy of serious investigation. I have found the above three whistleblowers sincere and worthy of serious investigation. That doesn’t translate into trust, however, which is a different thing altogether.

Richard Dolan and I agree that the entire subject matter of UFOs, extraterrestrial life and secret space programs is very highly classified, and that security measures have been implemented to perpetuate this. Indeed, the Edward Snowden document release confirms that the intelligence community in the five Echelon countries (USA, Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand) does perform covert online activities to sow confusion in the UFO field.

Richard believes that it stands to reason that the Deep State (aka Cabal/Illuminati) would attempt to muddy the waters by arranging for hoaxers, mind-control victims, assets, etc., to come in with false testimonies and disinformation. On this we agree, but it also stands to reason that there would be a lot of effort put in as well to discredit genuine whistleblowers, experiencers, etc., by the Deep State and its assets.

Why only focus on one aspect of what the Deep State is doing? After all, in the case of Corey Goode, I’ve found clear evidence of an underhanded attempt to smear him, where two investigators, Ryan and Liszt, have ignored documents and expert witnesses corroborating his work history, and claims in this regard. Couldn’t Ryan and Liszt be Deep State operatives who have been activated to discredit Goode?

Richard then takes on the case of William Tompkins, who unlike Goode, Basiago and Cramer, has numerous documents and experts supporting key aspects of his testimony. He says:

Bill Tompkins is an interesting case. He is in his 90s, and recently wrote a book entitled Selected by Extraterrestrials, which details his life and claims about having participated in the Navy’s top secret program to create a secret space fleet. Unlike the other alleged whistleblowers, Tompkins has a career that has been confirmed: he did work at Douglas Aircraft for many years and has very impressive credentials. That counts for something. I should add that Dr. Salla and Dr. Bob Wood have both done a great deal of work to investigate and confirm Tompkins’ background and found what they believe is at least some corroboration to Tompkins’ claims.

Indeed, Dr. Wood and I have found many documents and independent third parties supporting Tompkins’ testimony. I spoke with three retired Navy officers, who all vouched for Tompkins bona fides and aspects of his testimony which I detailed in my book The US Navy’s Secret Space Program and in earlier articles.

Rear Admiral Larry Marsh confirmed the importance of William Tompkins work with the US Navy League. Tompkins was President of the Medford Navy League Council and led Special Projects there.

Despite this abundant pool of evidence which has been publicly available for some time now, Richard Dolan remains on the fence about Tompkins:

Even so, I have my doubts about Mr. Tompkins. It’s not widely known, but I had the opportunity to be his publisher. After I learned about his credentials from Bob Wood, but before I read his manuscript, I had agreed in principle that I would publish it. But after reading the manuscript, I had to decline. I found the tone of this book to be perfectly designed to bring disrepute to the field and I wanted nothing to do with it. I found a number of obvious errors in the book and what seemed to me examples of self-aggrandisement that didn’t sit well with me. I wished Tompkins well and that was that. I haven’t made my final judgment on Tompkins, and perhaps I never will. If evidence can be brought forth to substantiate his key claims, then I will look at it.

Tompkins’ tone, draft book errors and self-aggrandisement were red flags to Dolan so he backed off. That’s fair enough for any publisher assessing a potential book, however, these are not things that would exclude Tompkins from being truthful in his recollections of events and people as he best recalls.

After all, Tompkins is 94 and was part of historic process which has culminated in the present state of affairs concerning secret space programs. I personally gave Richard a copy of my US Navy Secret Space Program book in which I lay out the evidence as I have so far been able to find.

Richard finishes his article by saying:

I remain willing to engage in a civil discourse with Corey, Andrew, Bill Tompkins, Michael Salla, or anyone else who has made claims. In a sense, I understand their position, since I know what it’s like to speak to staunch skeptics about the UFO subject. However, in any sort of engagement I have with such people, they must realize that the onus is on them to provide their evidence. That is what I do regarding UFOs. A story that is inherently unverifiable just doesn’t count, nor does it help if some other random person seemingly supports the story. Words alone aren’t good enough. Nothing can be taken at face value.

I am happy to engage in a civil discourse with Richard about the issues he has raised in his article and what I have pointed out in this reply. I consider him as someone with the kind of intellectual rigor and forthrightness that makes a public debate on these issues something valuable for all readers.

In finishing, I do have to express my disagreement with his conclusion that a story that is “inherently unverifiable just doesn’t count”. Just think of the implications of eyewitness testimony to crimes being dismissed because there is no evidence they provide, or means of investigating the veracity of their claims, which may appear incredible given the present level of technological awareness in open source society.

Wouldn’t that play into the hands of criminal syndicates with the power to remove and manipulate incriminating evidence? My conclusion is that this is precisely what is happening when it comes to learning the truth about secret space programs, the groups running these operate very similarly to criminal syndicates under the cover of national security.

All testimonies count. We can learn a lot by both exposing those out to hoax us or who act out of delusion, as well genuinely investigating those telling us the truth as best as they recollect. Throwing the baby out with the bathwater is precisely what the Deep State wants us to do when it comes to assessing incredible whistleblower claims about secret space programs.

On March 5, three Secret Space Program books were at the top of the Amazon Best Seller lists for the UFO category. Two of the books, deal with a highly secretive program run by the US Navy, while the other deals with the US Air Force’s better known program run out of Area 51.

It is the first volume of his autobiography where he reveals his involvement in the Navy’s espionage program and work with Douglas Aircraft Company and TRW to design antigravity spacecraft. Most remarkable is Tompkins’ claim of having worked with Nordic extraterrestrials secretly embedded in top aviation companies who covertly helped engineers and scientists achieve the technical know how to build large antigravity craft. Tompkins provides extensive documentation to support his amazing claims.

Both focus on the remarkable testimony of Corey Goode, and include other witnesses and whistleblowers disclosing their knowledge about these highly classified military and corporate run programs.


The fact that three secret space program books currently top the Amazon best seller list for the UFO category is a testament to the rapidly growing interest among the general public for information about such programs. It’s very clear that people are embracing the evidence that many UFO sightings are related to highly classified technology projects that have been developed in top military and corporate scientific facilities, without the public learning the truth about their development, and the link to extraterrestrial visitation. Now, thanks to a growing number of whistleblowers, witnesses and “White Hats” in the military and corporate world, the truth is being fully disclosed to the world.

Will disclosure take place to bring about a better future for all of us?

There is extraordinary hope in our midst. The Los Angeles Air Raid on February 24/25, 1942 opened an unprecedented chapter in the evolution of the U.S. Navy. In response to this incident, a covert research program to investigate the feasibility of exotic antigravity propulsion technologies was developed.

In his inauguration speech challenging the vested interests that control political life in Washington D.C., President Donald Trump spoke of a future where humanity has full access to the kind of advanced technologies allegedly used in secret space programs. Trump appeared to be hinting at the benefits official disclosure of these programs would bring to the U.S and the world, and that he was going to challenge the vested interests hiding these.

Back in December 2016, he had told presidential historian Douglas Brinkley that he planned to write a short speech himself. Later, Trump tweeted a picture of himself working on his speech alone, thereby indicating that its content would be his own creation.

It is highly likely that Trump’s speech writers would have polished his words, and added a few rhetorical flourishes to accentuate whatever points he wanted to make in the various drafts leading to the final product. Nevertheless the contents of his Inauguration Speech reveal much of what Trump really thinks about the future and hopes to achieve during his presidency.

Early in his speech, Trump was clear that Washington politics only benefited a small wealthy elite rather than the entire population:

For too long, a small group in our nation’s capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have borne the cost. Washington flourished, but the people did not share in its wealth. Politicians prospered, but the jobs left and the factories closed. The establishment protected itself, but not the citizens of our country. Their victories have not been your victories. Their triumphs have not been your triumphs. And while they celebrated in our nation’s capital, there was little to celebrate for struggling families all across our land.

Trump affirmed his campaign pledge to revitalize American manufacturing industry and bringing high paying jobs back. He stated his opposition to Free Trade deals which have led to many U.S. corporations taking their manufacturing plants out of the U.S., and shipping their cheaply made foreign products back at a huge profit for a small group benefited by powerful Washington DC., lobbyists:

One by one, the factories shuttered and left our shores, with not even a thought about the millions and millions of American workers that were left behind. The wealth of our middle class has been ripped from their homes and then redistributed all across the world.

Towards the end of his speech, Trump uttered one sentence that contained his most developed vision of the future for America and its citizenry. He said:

We stand at the birth of a new millennium, ready to unlock the mysteries of space, to free the earth from the miseries of disease, and to harness the energies, industries and technologies of tomorrow.

Trump’s use of the phrase “unlock the mysteries of space” may be just a rhetorical flourish to show his determination to rejuvenate the NASA space program and to assist the growing commercial space industry. Alternatively, it is a hint that he is aware that there is much more happening in space than the public have been informed about.

His use of the word “unlock” suggests that these mysteries are kept hidden in highly classified programs, and he now holds the keys to them. In that sense, he is sending the message that as the President and Commander in Chief, he holds all the keys and intends to use them to further his vision of the future. Once again, he was signaling his intent of confronting the “small group” hidden in Washington that benefit from keeping secrets from the public.

The next phrase used by Trump in the same sentence furthermore raises the possibility that he is aware of advanced healing technologies secretly developed in classified programs.

Witnesses and whistleblowers have described advanced healing technologies used in secret space programs that can regenerate limbs and organs, and cure any disease. For example, retired Aerospace Engineer, William Tompkins, says that from 1967 to 1971 he worked at the TRW Corporation, which had developed “life extension” pharmaceutical products that can cure any disease, and physically age-regress people.

Medical researchers such as geneticist, Dr. David Sinclair, have publicly demonstrated that age-regression is not science fiction, but is scientifically feasible. He states that testing on human subjects is only a few years away, without realizing the breakthroughs achieved in classified programs going as far back as five decades.

Trump further added that he planned “to harness the energies, industries and technologies of tomorrow.” Again, was this a rhetorical flourish added by a speech writer, or was he hinting at advanced technologies used in secret space programs?

In discussing the “technologies of tomorrow” Trump appeared to be referring to more than just bringing back conventional manufacturing industries to generate new jobs. If some of the advanced technologies used in secret space programs such as antigravity and free energy were released, then this would revolutionize the automobile, aviation and energy industries. Tens of millions of jobs would be created in the U.S. alone.

Trump has promised to move quickly in achieving his campaign goals and the vision outlined in his Inauguration Speech. It appears that he has been made aware of advanced space technologies that have been kept secret from the American public, and the “small group” that benefits from this. As the newly installed Commander in Chief, he now holds the keys to unlocking these secrets, and ushering in a “new millennium” through an official disclosure process that does “Make America Great Again.”
