The transcript of a conversation between a US Navy Vice Admiral and a leading scientist discussing a failed attempt to gain access to a highly classified program involving a crashed extraterrestrial craft has been recently released online. The conversation took place on October 16, 2002, and involved the retired Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson, speaking with Dr. Eric W. Davis, a scientist working on the feasibility of exotic propulsion systems with EarthTech International, an advanced technology think tank established in Austin, Texas.
In the 15 page document comprising the transcript, summary notes and an accompanying letter, Davis describes what Wilson told him about an April 10, 1997 “briefing” where he (Wilson) received information from former Apollo astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell and Dr. Steven Greer (founder of the Disclosure Project) about a classified UFO program that they had codeword information about. At the time, Wilson was a Rear Admiral (upper class); Deputy Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency; and Vice Director for Intelligence (VJ2), for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, a position he held from November 1994 to September 1997.
When Wilson inquired into the program’s existence from a regulatory body created for Special Access Programs, he learned it involved a corporate Research and Development effort involving a retrieved extraterrestrial craft but was denied access by three corporate officials working for a major US aerospace contractor.
The 1997 briefing was first publicly discussed by Greer and his associate Shari Adamiak only a month after it occurred and was corroborated by Mitchell over a decade later. In a May 1997 interview with Art Bell on Coast to Coast AM Greer said:
Joint Chiefs of staff level fellow that I briefed while I was in Washington about a month ago … After he looked at all this and heard the witness, he turned to us and said: ‘Well I have no doubt this is true but I am horrified that I hadn’t known about it’…Because of his position. And very, very senior … I can’t say who it was but a very, very senior position…And then they begin to come to grips with well: ‘Who the hell does know about it, what is going on here?’ And then they become frighten[ed].
Years later, Greer released a National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) document containing code words and locations that sparked Wilson’s failed attempt to gain access to the classified UFO program. In a workshop Greer explained the NRO document’s contents and what happened when Wilson investigated it:
“It’s the National Reconnaissance Office document. …..The reason it’s important is not so much for its content… ….. Take note of the distribution list, please. ….. …….’Blue Fire’, which is a code name, 1991, Commander’s Net, Royal Op’s, Cosmic Op’s…so, cosmic clearance…you’ve heard of this? It’s not a myth. It’s real. Maj Op’s, MAJI…It’s MAJIC Op’s. It goes through a whole bunch of them…Nellis Division, all these code numbers and you get down to some really interesting things. … this secret document went to the admiral [Admiral Tom Wilson] prior to our meeting, and he actually recognized one of these entities and made an inquiry, and it was being run by a contractor. ….. And the contractor…one of these corporate contractors…when he called them up, he said, ‘I’m Admiral Tom Wilson…at that time he was Head of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff… I want to be read into this project.’ Guess what happened? They said, ‘Sir, you don’t have a need to know.’ This is the guy who’s supposed to give the intelligence briefings for the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States. He was told, ‘You don’t have a need to know’… and Admiral Wilson said, ‘Goddamn it, if I don’t have a need to know, who does?’ They said, ‘Sir, we cannot discuss this with you further’ and they hung up and blocked his line. This all happened before the stand-up meeting I did for [him with] Edgar Mitchell…6th man to walk on the moon…myself, my military adviser, and a few other people met with the Admiral in what’s called a ‘stand-up’ briefing. I was doing the presenting. It was supposed to be 45 minutes.
In 2007 Mitchell began publicly confirming that the briefing had indeed taken place, corroborating what Greer had revealed a decade earlier.
A detailed chronology of articles and interviews referring to the 1997 Wilson briefing is provided by Croatian UFO researcher Giuliano Marinkovic.
The transcript of the 2002 conversation between Wilson and Davis was first discussed in radio interviews by UFO researchers Grant Cameron and Richard Dolan in December 2018. Cameron said he was given the 15 page document, which he shared with Michael W. Hall a former lawyer and Superior Court judge. Hall has given several interviews in March 2019 discussing the document’s origins and authenticity.
Cameron, Dolan, and Hall believe the document is authentic, and its consistency with what Greer and Mitchell had earlier revealed does point to this. I contacted Dr. Eric Davis to comment on the document’s authenticity, and he replied saying: “I have no comment on this.” If the document was a hoax, I see no reason why Dr. Davis would not have said so.
All this leads me to conclude that the document is an authentic transcript of what Dr. Davis and Admiral Wilson discussed back in 2002 about the April 1997 meeting and Wilson’s subsequent investigation. The transcript was very recently released online and are available for public viewing.
The transcript, summary notes, and accompanying letter provide compelling documentary support that the 1997 briefing had occurred, exactly as Greer and Mitchell had reported up to two decades earlier. Importantly, the notes substantiate one of Greer’s major claims that he was regularly briefing senior officials in the Clinton Administration about the UFO coverup – something many UFO researchers had previously dismissed or ridiculed.
The transcript provides a fascinating insight into how a US Navy admiral who was Vice Director for Intelligence (VJ2), for the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the time, was denied access by corporate officials to a classified UFO program, which he firmly believed fell under his field of responsibility.
The briefing and unsuccessful investigation did not negatively impact Wilson’s career. Two years later, in May 1999, Wilson was promoted to Vice Admiral and became the 13th Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), a position he served in until July 2002.
Three months after his retirement, Wilson met with Davis to discuss the 1997 meeting and its aftermath. In the transcript, we learn about Wilson’s perspective on what had happened.
Presumably, the recording and transcription of Wilson and Davis’ conversation were intended for a small audience at EarthTech International, founded by Dr. Hal Puthoff, which was studying exotic propulsion systems, and releasing feasibility studies of them to interested scientists and journals.
In 2009, Davis and EarthTech included some of these exotic propulsion feasibility studies as Defense Intelligence Reference Documents, two of which were first leaked online in December 2017 by Corey Goode who says a confidential DIA source gave him them.
In the transcript, Davis (EWD) describes how Wilson (TW) began by confirming that the April 1997 meeting did take place and involved Greer, Mitchell, and US Naval Reserve Commander Willard H. Miller, who was Greer’s top military advisor.
Miller played a critical role in the various “UFO briefings” Greer gave senior officials and politicians during the Clinton administration:
TW: Confirmed Greer/Miller/Mitchell gave talk in Pentagon Conference room. Adm Mike Crawford, Gen. Pat Hughes (Hughes his boss) were present (others too.) Date April “97. (Ed Mitchell said 4/9/947.) After group broke up, Miller/Wilson talked (privately) 2 hours on UFOs, MJ-12, Roswell, crashed UFOs/alien bodies, etc. TW intrigued – knew about intelligence on US mil/intel UFO close encounters – and foreign gov’t encounters. Seen records. Told Miller. [Transcript/Summary p. 1]
Wilson was here acknowledging that the serving Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Lt. General Pat Hughes, also sat in on the meeting. After the meeting broke up, Miller and Wilson continued to discuss issues that had been raised:
TW: Yes, Miller asked the question on MJ-12/UFO cabal – crashed UFO. Confirmed he called Miller ca. late June ’97 and told that he/Miller was right – there is such an organization in existence. [Transcript/Summary p. 1]
Wilson was here acknowledging that after being informed about the existence of the classified UFO program by Greer and Mitchell in April 1997, he had inquired into the program’s existence, and discovered that MJ-12 was real and that there indeed was a UFO cabal running classified operations involving crashed UFOs. This accounted for why Admiral Wilson later failed to gain access to the crashed UFO program, as explained later in Davis’ summary notes.
Miller subsequently told Greer and Mitchell about what Wilson had revealed to him in June 1997, after he [Wilson] was denied access to the classified program that Greer and Mitchell had told him about earlier in April. Admiral Wilson [TW] was furious that Miller had told Greer and Mitchel about Wilson’s failure to access it, as Davis’ [EWD] transcript make clear:
TW: Very furious – very angry about Miller (facial expression tense, angry voice)
- Violated personal and professional trust – especially among intelligence colleagues/Navy officers
- There’s Navy camaraderie among officers – brotherhood
- Violated that and confidentiality
TW: Miller told Greer their conversation
- Who knows whom else he and Greer told. (EWD note – Miller told Ed Mitchell who only told me in 1999)
The significance of all this is that Admiral Wilson did not want the details of what he learned during his investigation of the classified program that Greer and Mitchell had first brought to his attention becoming public. By telling Greer, Commander Miller had in Wilson’s opinion broken trust shared between naval intelligence officers to keep the information confidential. That is why he was so angry.
However, if it were not for Miller taking the risk he had, Greer and the world would probably not have learned the truth of what happened, and how corporate contractors had sidelined Wilson and US naval intelligence over a classified reverse engineering program of a crashed extraterrestrial vehicle.
In part two, I review what Admiral Wilson told Dr. Davis about the classified UFO crash retrieval program and its significance.

On November 13, Disclosure Project founder Dr. Steven Greer claimed in a lecture that final preparations for a false flag alien invasion were being facilitated by the recent secret space program disclosures of Corey Goode and William Tompkins. Greer claims that both are victims of psychotronic holographic technologies where they have been implanted with scripted memories of evil aliens abusing captive humans.
Part one of this two part series, examined Greer’s claims regarding Goode. This article examines what Greer had to say about Tompkins and his information.
A number of researchers into secret space program disclosures, including myself, have found Tompkins testimony and documentation to be the most powerful corroboration yet to emerge for many elements of Goode’s earlier disclosures. Consequently, Greer’s critique of Tompkins is very significant for assessing the validity of Goode’s testimony.
In his November 13 lecture, Greer introduces the concept of “alienism” which he defines as follows:
Alienism, as I’m going to define it tonight, is the proclivity to view anything that is non-human, but an intelligent life-form, as a potential threat, and the threat is directly proportional to how different they either appear or behave from us.
He has the following to say about Tompkins testimony, which in Greer’s view, promotes alienism through scripts prepared by military programs that promote the idea of threatening extraterrestrials:
I know that the folks that have been in the military programs connected to Mr. Tompkins and others have an agenda, and I question that agenda has to do with the propagation of fear and to convince the public that there’s an existential threat … as Ronald Reagan said at the UN, would unite the world to fight.
Significantly, Greer refers to “military programs connected to Mr. Tompkins,” yet provides no details of such a connection. He has no documents or witnesses of his own to corroborate his claim that Tompkins’ memories are scripts created by military programs.
Instead he makes a general reference to a USAF intelligence officer, who worked for the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, who has new information about Unacknowledged Special Access Programs that will be released in Greer’s forthcoming Unacknowledged documentary.
Greer argues that Tompkins descriptions of benevolent human-looking aliens and malevolent Reptilian-looking aliens conspiring to respectively assist or sabotage US Navy efforts to build a secret space program is a form of alienism:
With many of these people you’ll hear that the ones that the look Nordic, shall we say. I’ve spent three or four hours with Bill Tompkins, the ones that kind of look like us but are pretty, those are GROOD [great/good] the ones that look some other way those are bad ones. Isn’t that interstellar racism? … Take a step back. Aren’t the good ones always the pretty blond ones with the big breasts… I find it appalling … are we really going to stay on that cycle of taking racism and turning it into alienism?
Now it’s important to note here that Tompkins in his autobiography and subsequent interviews was giving a descriptive account of two different extraterrestrial groups that Navy spies had discovered in relation to Nazi Germany’s secret aerospace programs.
The human looking-extraterrestrials operated in a more benign ethical way with civilians, while the Reptilian aliens behaved in a more imperialistic manner, wanting the Nazis to develop space fleets as a mercenary force that could join the Reptilians in deep space conquest.
Tompkins accounts of what the Navy spies were relaying during his covert service from 1942 to 1946, was based on trained intelligence operatives taking special note of the different actors and forces involved in helping the Nazis. The spies then reported this in detailed debriefings, which Tompkins had to relay in briefing documents to different U.S. aerospace corporations.
It’s important to note that Tompkins accounts of the aliens are very descriptive as would be expected in an intelligence gathering program, rather than emotional or philosophical accounts of them. Therefore it is mistaken to imply that Tompkins and the Navy spies were implicitly racists, whose deep biases led to them promoting alienism when reporting on different extraterrestrial races involved in Nazi aerospace programs.
In his response to a question about the veracity of the testimonies of Goode and Tompkins, Greer raises the issue of corroboration, and refers to both of their testimonies being contaminated by “seductive and interesting” memory scripts:
What am I skeptical of about things that have come our recently from Bill Tompkins and others [Goode]? A lot! Here’s the issue for me. You’ve got to have multiple points of corroboration, and the bigger the tale the more the proof you got to have. Now what I would say is it that I believe that these men are sharing what they believe to be true. I also know how easy it would be to provide information that is scripted about that, and that is seductive and interesting.
As far as “multiple points of corroboration” of Tompkins testimony is concerned, there are indeed documents and witnesses supporting many aspects of his testimony.
First are the documents that Tompkins has released concerning his claims of serving in a covert Navy Intelligence Program run by Rear Admiral Rico Botta with 29 spies in Nazi Germany learning about two Nazi secret space programs. Tompkins released a copy of two passes signed by Botta authorizing him to take multiple packets to experimental aircraft facilities.
Freedom of Information Act documents have been released that confirm that Botta had indeed signed Tompkins documents, and himself traveled to some of the experimental facilities Tompkins later said he was directed to take the briefing packets to.
Second, there is Tompkins testimony that while he worked at Douglas Aircraft Company from 1950 to 1963, he was recruited into a top secret think tank called Advanced Design. He was asked to design space battle groups with kilometers-long space craft capable of fulfilling interplanetary missions, which were covertly sent to the Navy. Tompkins has released multiple Douglas documents, and also has a retired Douglas aerospace scientist, Dr. Robert Wood, confirming that Tompkins did work with the people he claims.
Third, after his retirement from the aerospace industry in 1984, Tompkins moved to Medford, Oregon, where he set up a local Navy League Council around 1991, among whose purposes was to conduct “Special Projects” involving extraterrestrial life. Tompkins released a document confirming that the Rogue Valley Council Navy League did indeed conduct “Special Projects” as he claimed.
Furthermore two retired Navy officers, Captain Larry Boeck and Commander Art Lumley confirmed in private interviews that Tompkins did often speak about extraterrestrial life at Navy League meetings, and the Special Projects Committee did exist. A third Navy officer, Rear Admiral Larry Marsh, who was active at the time, traveled down from his two naval commands in Seattle, Washington, to Medford in 1991 to officiate at the opening ceremony for Navy League Council created by Tompkins.
Marsh confirmed in a private interview that Tompkins was a very competent organizer in creating the Council, and that the Council was very important to the regular Navy. He finally added that Tompkins was very knowledgeable on topics of interest to the Navy, which was a cryptic way of acknowledging that Tompkins was indeed conducting Special Projects at Medford.
Greer’s insistence that “multiple points of corroboration” are required for testimonies such as Tompkins, is more than satisfied by what is known so far about Tompkins in terms of documents and corroborating witnesses. Greer fails to acknowledge any of the above “multiple points of corroboration” for Tompkins testimony, and instead simply makes the assertion that Tompkins testimony is contaminated by false memory scripts about evil Reptilian aliens and benevolent human looking extraterrestrials with no direct evidence whatsoever.
Greer’s critiques of Tompkins and Goode (see part one), fails to be persuasive since he provides no direct evidence in terms of documents or witnesses that specifically identify either of them as having received scripted memories about evil aliens through psychotronic holographic technologies.
More importantly, there is no evidence that Tompkins was ever subjected to any kind of military abduction program where such technologies were used. Greer’s arguments to this end are based purely on conjecture. He makes a tenuous connection between military programs known to use psychotronic holographic technologies to induce fearful images of aliens, to Tompkins testimony simply on the grounds that Tompkins discloses the behavior of a predatory species of extraterrestrials known to have covertly operated on Earth since at least World War II.
Without providing concrete evidence, Greer is essentially attempting to discredit a highly credentialed witness for the simple reason that his testimony doesn’t fit in with Greer’s cosmic world view that the only bad alien is in the human imagination.
The conclusion that emerges is that Greer perceives the testimonies of Goode and Tompkins as threat, not because they give impetus to plans for a false flag alien invasion, but they threaten Greer’s “limited disclosure” narrative. Greer’s disclosure narrative is based on ideas of repressed antigravity and free energy technologies, benign extraterrestrial contact, abusive military abductions using advanced technologies that are part of a secret military space program, and debunking evidence of secret government/military agreements with predatory alien species.
In contrast, Goode and Tompkins’ information amounts to “full disclosure”, which goes well beyond Greer’s “limited disclosure narrative” insofar as they reveal the history of different agreements between governments and predatory extraterrestrial races going back to the World War II era, the systemic human rights abuses that have emerged due to these agreements, the wide range in behaviors of between 40-60 different extraterrestrial civilizations interacting with surface humanity and hidden inner-Earth civilizations, and finally the existence of multiple secret space programs, some of which operate in deep space with interstellar battle groups.
As far as the false flag alien invasion that Greer claims is being unwittingly promoted by Goode and Tompkins, I found the following comment by Goode particularly helpful in understanding current plans for staging a false flag alien event:
Believing that ALL ET’s are GOOD is more dangerous than the worry about people’s fear of EVIL ET’s. This narrative set’s up humanity to follow their genetic and social programming to WORSHIP! The Cabal’s grand deception plan is no longer to bring about a mass fake alien invasion. That was exposed heavily decades ago and is no longer a viable program to execute. This holographic technology is however still viable to use in smaller “theaters of war”. The plan now is to introduce humanity to a “Angelic and Human Like” ET group and have people worship these so-called “angelic ET’s” who bring us a “New Cosmic Esoteric World Religion”.
Goode’s assessment here is consistent with recent statements by Vatican theologians and astronomers that extraterrestrial life may be more ethically evolved than humanity.
This is exemplified in a conversation Greer had with deceased Vatican exorcist, Monsignor Corrado Balducci about the alleged alien threat:
Now when I was at the Vatican having a theological conversation with Monsignor Balducci … [he] was a senior theologian, actually demonologist for the Pope, Pope John Paul, and we were talking about this and he said this is so ridiculous, of course if they were a threat it would all be over, and he said, I love it with classic Italian flourish … he said, “lower than humanity there cannot exist in the universe.” It was hilarious. It was a very interesting perspective from this senior theologian.
Greer’s relating of the conversation indicated no attempt on his part to correct or challenge Balducci’s claim that ALL extraterrestrials in the universe are more ethically evolved than humans. Rather than challenge such an assumption contrary to thousands of witness reports of invasive alien abductions, Greer thought it hilarious and a “very interesting perspective.”
Greer’s response is not surprising given his transparent bias towards the idea that all extraterrestrials visiting Earth are positive, and more highly evolved than humanity.
More importantly, Greer’s conversation with Balducci signifies his alignment with recent Vatican initiatives to promote the idea that extraterrestrials are our “brothers in Christ.” In an October 27, 2014 statement by Pope Francis, he said that extraterrestrials can be part of the plans of “God the creator” in the evolutionary process.
As Goode warns, however, the current plan for a false flag alien event has evolved from an invasion scenario, which is no longer tenable, to angelic looking extraterrestrials appearing that help establish a “New Cosmic Esoteric World Religion”.
This is precisely what researchers Tom Horn and Chris Horn have been claiming the Catholic Church is preparing for in a future announcement about the existence of extraterrestrial life, and secret plans to incorporate an alien component into its theological orthodoxy. The extraterrestrials would become a cosmic mid-wife helping humanity get closer to God through a “New Cosmic Esoteric World Religion.” Predictably, this would lead to the establishment of a priesthood and missionaries that could carry the new message to the stars.
This is how Horn and Putnam describe the Vatican plan for an alien savior to kick start a new global religion:
The investigation you are reading uncovers this clandestine blueprint … and along the way, an astonishing exotheological plan by the Vatican itself for the arrival of an alien savior intelligence …and its connection with Petrus Romanus, the Final Pope. Pope Benedict resigned as this book headed to the printer. By now, the world knows who Petrus Romanus is. But do you know his role for the alien savior? (Exovaticana, pp. 337-38).
Ironically, rather than the testimonies of Goode and Tompkins facilitating a false flag alien invasion as Greer claims in his November 13 lecture, Greer’s criticisms and limited disclosure narrative is instead facilitating a false flag alien savior event that would feature extraterrestrials helping humanity in a way that leads to the establishment of a “New Cosmic Esoteric World Religion.”

On November 13, Dr. Steven Greer, founder of the Disclosure Project, gave a public lecture where he warned about an impending false flag extraterrestrial event. He said that the final stage of planning for a false flag event that dates back to the 1950’s is about to be rolled out, and that recent disclosures about aliens being involved in a galactic slave trade of humans is part of a deception campaign. The goal is to condition humanity into accepting a scenario of evil aliens intent on conquering humanity.
Greer stated that advanced electronic weapons using psychotronic holographic technologies were used in order to produce ‘scripted memories’ which could be downloaded into individuals. The implanted memories, according to Greer, could be so realistic that the targeted individuals would swear that the experiences were genuine.
Greer says that he was first told about these advanced psychotronic holographic technologies around 1994, by a senior scientist familiar with classified programs. More recently, a retired Lt. Colonel from the Air Force Office of Special Investigations warned that the psychotronic holographic technologies had laid the foundation for the alien false flag event that was imminent.
Greer did not name the Air Force intelligence officer, but said that his testimony was part of the upcoming documentary Unacknowedged, and that the Air Force officer’s testimony would be released in full soon after the documentary’s release.
Greer’s claim of the existence of psychotronic holographic technologies used for psychological warfare operations that began in the 1950’s is supported by documentary evidence. It is known that psychological warfare was used as an important means of deceiving the public about the reality of flying saucers and extraterrestrial life.
The 1953 CIA sponsored Robertson Panel release the Durant Report recommending debunking the flying saucer phenomenon by using the mass media in what was the beginning of a psychological warfare program against the general public.
The 1975 Senate Select Committee to Study Government Operations with Respect to Intelligence Activities, chaired by Senator Frank Church, revealed that the CIA’s MKUltra experiments dated back to the early 1950’s and that various psychological tools were used to implant false memories into targeted individuals. Indeed, the first Manchurian Candidate movie, starring Frank Sinatra was released in 1962 and depicted military personnel being subjected to early brain washing methods in order to create sleeper assassins.
As computer technologies subsequently became more advanced in the classified world, it became possible for very realistic holographic images to be electronically downloaded into people’s brains to produce “scripted memories.” It is the development and widespread use of such technologies that Greer warns against when it comes to whistleblower and abductee testimonies that describe evil aliens and their alleged nefarious activities.
Greer discusses military abductions (MILAB’s) and how sophisticated technologies have been used to give the appearance that aliens are the ones behind the abductions and the various abusive actions used against the victims.
Greer provides as a notable example the November 1989 abduction of the United Nations Secretary General Perez de Cueller during a secret UN initiative to officially disclose the existence of extraterrestrial visitors to the world. Greer, in a November 2015 lecture, says that he was told about the abduction incident by Crown Prince Hans-Adam from Lichtenstein at a meeting they had in 1994:
He said what happened was that Perez de Cuellar … was coming back from a 3 am late night planning session for this event when he was abducted by aliens from his motorcade in Manhattan … Perez de Cuellar was taken somehow out of the motorcade onto an ET craft where he was threatened by the ETs and told: If you disclose this information, we will abduct every world leader involved, including the President of the United States.
According to Greer, the world leaders were allegedly so intimidated by the alien threats that they backed off the disclosure plan.
Greer gives this as an example of how military abductions are used to create staged alien abductions to prejudice not only the general public about extraterrestrial life, but also world leaders. This is where a major problem with Greer’s method and analysis of alien abduction events begins to emerge.
I’ve discussed Greer’s analysis of the alleged “staged” alien abduction involving de Cueller in a December 2015 article. What is important to mention here is that Greer’s analysis that this was an example of a ‘staged alien abduction’ based on what he was told by Prince Hans-Adam, is contradicted by multiple witness interviews and correspondence conducted by famed abduction researcher, Budd Hopkins, with key figures in the abduction event.
Hopkins book Witness, The True Story of the Brooklyn Bridge UFO Abductions provides abundant witness and documentary evidence that this was a genuine abduction incident witnessed by a world leader and other senior diplomats. He interviewed an extensive number of both witnesses and participants in the abduction, which reveals that some of the individuals involved had been regularly abducted by the aliens since their youth.
Hopkins produced transcripts of interviews and letters by the participants detailing these life-long abductions that culminated in the 1989 incident. His conclusion is that the abduction was a genuine case of extraterrestrials abducting a prominent world leader, who he did not identify in the book but revealed later was de Cueller, with other senior diplomats watching in order to send a warning. He reproduced a portion of a letter from one of the victims to the abduction who was part of the security detail for de Cueller:
It was too coincidental for people such as ourselves to just happen to stumble upon such a sight [UFO abduction]. Remember, there were five important figures with us at the time (Two US Government Officials, two foreign statesmen, one World Leader (de Cueller). Six more of us included as US Government enforcers. If the occupants of the craft wanted to get a message out to the world, they’ve chosen the right group of people to do it for them.[Witness, p. 263]
Hopkins book validates much of what Greer was told by Prince Hans-Adam that world leaders witnessed and were involved in an alien abduction event in 1989.
However, Greer dismissed the portion of Prince Hans-Adams’ testimony that the abduction was conducted by extraterrestrials, by insisting instead that it was a ‘staged alien abduction’. Greer based his conclusion solely on his overall analysis of multiple whistleblower reports revealing the existence of false flag alien abductions in general, and of advanced technologies making this possible.
What’s vital to point out here is that Greer does not identify one witness or whistleblower referring to the 1989 event being a staged military abduction. The obvious problem here is that Greer offers nothing but his conjecture that the 1989 alien abduction was a staged event.
In contrast, Hopkins spent several years researching his book, which was published in 1996, where he methodically interviewed multiple witnesses and participants that conclusively reveal that the event was a genuine extraterrestrial abduction after all.
The important fact to keep in mind here is that Greer had nearly 20 years to consider Hopkins data on this vitally important case, which he had been privately briefed about in 1994 by Prince Hans-Adam. After all, it involved major world leaders discussing a plan for official disclosure of extraterrestrial life that was aborted at the 11th hour by an alleged alien abduction. Hopkins data could help considerably in determining what had really happened. Instead, Greer decided to ignore Hopkins investigation entirely.
The 1989 abduction incident involving Secretary General de Cueller, is a clear example of where Greer dismisses or doesn’t even consider information that runs contrary to his analysis of such abduction events. After all, Hopkins book was published in 1996, which gave Greer plenty of time to analyze Hopkins data and compare it to his analysis of the de Cueller abduction which he publicly discussed in his 2015 lecture.
This is where it is fair to raise the question of whether Greer is an impartial analyst of human extraterrestrial encounters as he claims, or deliberately filters out egregious cases of alien actions on humans, in order to promote his own cosmic world view.
There are other examples of Greer dismissing data that does not fit in with his hypothesis that negative or intrusive alien abductions, are really staged military abductions using advanced classified technologies. I discussed this in a 2006 article where I responded to Greer’s critique of my exopolitics research which he had taken the unusual step of publicly publishing.
The conclusion reached in my 2006 response was that Greer is not an impartial analyst of human extraterrestrial encounters, but a firm advocate of the view that all such encounters are positive and beneficial, and that witness reports of encounters to the contrary are in fact a result of staged military abductions.
The way in which Greer removes contrary data in his analyses of human extraterrestrial encounters raises legitimate questions over his intellectual honesty, and ultimate agenda. Given his status as a leading figure in the extraterrestrial disclosure community, Greer’s questionable approach requires critical scrutiny when it comes to his critique of others offering analyses of human extraterrestrial encounters that differ to his own cosmic world view.
To illustrate the problem here, it is worthwhile examining the next part of Greer’s November 13 lecture. He named two individuals that have recently come forward to reveal their knowledge about secret space programs, Corey Goode and William Tompkins. Greer declares both are victims of these psychotronic holographic technologies where they have been given scripted memories of negative human extraterrestrial encounters.
In his lecture, Greer said the following about Goode and what he believes are the scripted memories he was given as a child:
There are some very, very good people out there speaking about information, experiences, that they have had that they do believe to be extraterrestrial… I’m thinking now of a man I haven’t met who is a wonderful gentleman from all accounts, a guy named Corey Goode, and is doing the “Full Disclosure Project,” and he and I are like hand-in-glove supportive of many things, but some of the things he’s recounting like slave trade and slave planets and things that he experienced as a six or seven year old … taken into the military abduction program… I have no doubt that he believes those events were extraterrestrial but … what I want people to understand is that we have to be very careful about our assessment of what’s out there in the universe based on people that have been in these programs who … have been victims of this.
Greer goes on to criticize Gaia TV which has provided a highly respected media platform for Goode’s testimony to enter the public arena through the Cosmic Disclosure show:
I’m concerned that places like Gaia TV or Conscious Evolution could be given information out there that is being scripted and being provided, unwittingly from these folks… If it is true, let’s say that the slave races are out there and the slave planets and the slave ships and all this is going on that you hear in some of the accounts from Corey Goode and others. If that were true and that then is put out … into the public domain, so that millions and eventually billions of people. In the minds of most people out here on the streets that would justify interplanetary war.
Greer went on to point out that while he and Goode agree on a great number of issues concerning global peace, raising consciousness and spiritual evolution, that Goode’s testimony about secret space programs and egregious human extraterrestrial encounters are scripted and have no reliable corroborating data points:
Some of the things that are being shared as factual secret space program activities that have no other real good points of corroboration, and which I know given how he was in the military abduction programs, and what they are capable of. Some of the experiences he has had I’m concerned have been scripted, and may not reflect anything actually out there in deep space.
We have finally arrived at the crux of Greer’s critique of Goode, his testimony about secret space programs is contaminated by scripted memories introduced into his life during military abductions that began at age six.
It’s worth keeping in mind here that Goode acknowledges that from age six he was indeed trained through a military abduction program. When he turned 16 (1986), he says he was then taken to his final training and subsequent service in secret space programs up until 2007. Goode states that he was then age-regressed, sent back in time and had his memories wiped.
Goode says that the memory wiping process was not successful and he retained the bulk of his memories acquired during his “20 and back” program. He then lived the next 20/21 years as a normal civilian as depicted in the following timeline.
It is important to point out here that Greer’s critique that Goode was given scripted memories is consistent with events as Goode described up to age 16 (1986), when he says he recalled his memories of having served for twenty years in secret space programs. After all, how could Goode be sure that the 20 years of memories he now had, after being returned to civilian life, were genuine, or had not been contaminated by the scripted memories Greer was discussing?
By 1986, we know that classified computer technology was very sophisticated and could be used to implant false or ‘scripted’ memories into people involved in Military Abduction Programs thus making Greer’s assessment plausible. There are several reasons, however, as to why Goode’s memories of having served for twenty years in secret space programs may be accurate after all.
First, according to Goode, beginning in 2011, he started having contact experiences with a group of extraterrestrials he calls the Blue Avians, which belonged to what he describes the Sphere Being Alliance, and also with personnel belonging to an Ancient Mayan secret space program. It was Goode’s reference to this Mayan secret space program that got my attention when I first began investigating his testimony in April 2015 due to my own experience in Mexico City in 2010 which I wrote about here.
Goode says that in March 2015, he was taken to a secret moon based Lunar Operations Command, when he became the official delegate for the Sphere Being Alliance. He then began liaising with officers and personnel from the secret space programs he had previously served on from 1987 to 2007.
Importantly, Goode was stating that in 2015, the leaders of these programs that were part of a “Secret Space Program Alliance Council”, confirmed his earlier service. This suggests that Goode’s recollections as a 16 year old of having served for twenty years in several secret space programs were genuine, and not a result of scripted memories as Greer is postulating.
Second, there are many aspects of Goode’s testimony concerning contemporary exopolitical events that were based on genuine insider information he was receiving about secret space programs. I have written of the extensive circumstantial evidence supporting Goode’s testimony in the book, Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Alliances.
An example was that Goode’s claims of slave labor being exploited on corporate colonies on Mars, which he began discussing in early 2015, was almost the exact scenario discussed later by the British Interplanetary Society at a meeting held in June 2015. The meeting was attended by approximately 30 prominent figures in the British academic community, aerospace industry and even members of the intelligence community.
Finally, there is the testimony of William Tompkins whose information first came out in a December 2015 autobiography. Selected by Extraterrestrials, which corroborated much of what Goode had previously revealed. Tompkins provided extensive documents to support his claims, which have subsequently been corroborated in part by Freedom of Information Act documents and the testimonies of three retired Navy officers. Since Greer also provides a critique of Tompkins secret space programs testimony in his November 2016 lecture, I will examine Tompkins claims and Greer’s critique in part two of this series of articles in order to reach a final conclusion regarding Greer’s critique of both Goode and Tompkins.
To conclude thus far, it’s worth noting that Greer has not provided one document or witness/whistleblower testimony to support his claim that Goode is revealing scripted memories about a galactic slave trade involving abducted humans. Greer’s criticism is based solely on his conjectures, which as evidenced in the 1989 Perez de Cueller alien abduction case, are highly questionable. This raises considerable doubt over Greer’s core claim in his November 13 lecture that Goode and Tompkin’s testimonies about secret space programs and egregious extraterrestrial activities, are a prelude to an impending false flag alien event.

[Originally published, May 2, 2006] In January 1994, I remember visiting the Jakarta office of Mr Irawan Abidin, the former Director of Foreign Information in the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I had just arrived from a two week field trip to the former Indonesian territory of East Timor researching alleged human rights abuses. I had found ample evidence of abuses through the traumatized testimonies of many East Timorese I had spoken with.
Mr Abidin assured me that systematic human rights abuses were not occurring in East Timor and that such claims were spurious accusations orchestrated by discontented Timorese expatriates who were the former ruling elite. I politely explained to him what I had been told in my fieldwork involving interviews with dozens of private citizens, but he insisted that such claims were gross exaggerations and people were basically content in East Timor. He handed me a Ministry publication to support his position and exhorted me to tell the world how content people were with Indonesian rule in East Timor.
In reading Steven Greer’s recent public statement, “Exopolitics or Xenopolitics” where he openly criticizes me as someone supporting xenophobic approaches to Exopolitics, I had a feeling of déjà vu with my earlier meeting with Mr Abidin concerning my research into alleged human rights abuses.
In his May 2 statement, Greer claims:
While there are certainly diverse opinions regarding why any given extraterrestrial civilization may wish to visit Earth at this time in our history, recent public comments by Michael Salla have added a virulent strain of fear-based xenophobia, based on the flimsiest of documentation.
Dr Greer further states:
He has maintained that a nefarious and injurious group of ETs have made a secret pact with covert humans – and have a harmful agenda towards the human race.” This, and more. The Disclosure Project has over 450 military, government and corporate insiders who have first-hand knowledge of actual UFO/ET events and projects. We find it odd that not a single one of these insiders can confirm the xenophobic rumors proffered by Salla.
I accept Dr Greer’s implicit invitation to engage in a public debate with him concerning the evidence supporting the diverse motivations and activities performed by extraterrestrial visitors. I think such a debate is healthy and can lead to greater cooperation between exopolitical researchers and activists who have long been polarized into mutually antagonist camps of those exclusively viewing extraterrestrials as benign visitors helping humanity evolve, and those generally viewing extraterrestrials as committing systematic human rights abuses.
I will avoid personalizing such a debate which can only be a distraction and focus only on the arguments offered by Dr Greer and myself in discussing the substantive issues raised in his public statement and my own public research.
To begin, in his statement Greer explicitly refers to his database of 450 whistleblower cases as the source for his exopolitical view that extraterrestrials visiting Earth are exclusively benign advanced civilizations sincerely desiring humanity to evolve into a mature, sovereign and independent galactic species.
It’s worth pointing out that Dr Greer has only released the identities and testimonies of a comparatively small sample of that database in his Disclosure book (which has almost 70 testimonies, less than 20% of his alleged database). I have privately corresponded with Dr Greer on a number of occasions where he has repeatedly dismissed the data I have forwarded to him that some extraterrestrials are violating the rights of individuals, and that agreements with covert agencies have indeed been reached where these agencies have become complicit in such violations.
Dr Greer claims that his database of 450 military, government, and corporate whistleblower cases do not support the idea that extraterrestrials are engaging in such human rights violations, nor that some extraterrestrials have reached agreements with covert government agencies. He boldly claims that “not a single one of these insiders can confirm the xenophobic rumors proffered by Salla.”
This is a gross misrepresentation of the data possessed by Dr Greer. This can be easily demonstrated by the case of Lt Col Philip Corso who is prominently featured as a Disclosure Project witness, and is arguably the most widely known and significant whistleblower to ever emerge in UFO research.
According to Greer, Corso did not confirm that some extraterrestrials were engaging in activities that violated individual rights which for Greer are xenophobic claims. That is a gross misrepresentation of Col Corso’s position as evidenced in statements such as the following in his soon to be published private notes:
… the aliens have shown a callous indifference concerning their victims. Their behavior has been insidious and it appears they might be using our earth and manipulating earth life. Skeptics will excuse them that possibly they are benevolent and want to help, however, there is no evidence they have healed anyone or alleviated human ailments. On the other hand, they have caused pain, suffering and even death.
I have privately corresponded with Greer on Corso’s testimony but he has repeatedly dismissed this information and now boldly states that not a single one of these insiders can confirm such allegations. As the above quote and other selections from Corso’s testimony demonstrate, Greer is incorrect.
The case of Corso is not isolated. For example, with regard to allegations of human rights abuses and of a shooting war involving extraterrestrials at an underground facility in New Mexico, Dulce, made by whistleblowers such as Phil Schneider, Greer includes these among the list of xenophobic rumors.
Unfortunately, another prominent Disclosure Project whistleblower, Dan Morris, not only confirms the existence of the Dulce facility, but also that Schneider did indeed work there and was eliminated for disclosing classified information about such bases and what had occurred there with resident extraterrestrials.
In Greer’s’ Disclosure book, Morris says:
There are other people who have been eliminated for what they know. One was a friend of mine. Phil Snyder (sic) who worked out here in New Mexico building the tunnels – the biggest one that he was involved with was the Dulce underground facility (Disclosure, p. 359).
Another area where I have privately corresponded with Greer concerns alleged covert agreements between some extraterrestrial groups and covert government agencies. According to Greer’s statement, this is part of the xenophobic rumor mill I am spreading on the flimsiest of documentation.
We do not have to look too far to find evidence of such covert agreements among Greer’s list of Disclosure Project witness. In addition to Corso who claims that the government had been forced into a “negotiated surrender” with extraterrestrials, and of Morris’s claims of extraterrestrials residing at the underground Dulce facility, we find the example of Capt Bill Uhouse, another Disclosure Project witness, who describes how extraterrestrials would come into classified meetings to give hints to scientists and engineers concerning the reverse engineering of extraterrestrial technology.
Similarly, Sgt Clifford Stone has testified how upon his induction into covert projects concerning extraterrestrials, he was taken into a secure facility under the Pentagon where he was taken to have a telepathic communication with a gray extraterrestrial where he blanked out and was then threatened with death if he disclosed what had happened.
The above examples demonstrate that Greer selectively filters out or ignores the testimonies of some Disclosure Project witnesses who describe invasive extraterrestrial behaviors, and agreements between extraterrestrials and covert government agencies.
More significantly, Greer excludes from his database an extensive number of whistleblowers that have publicly discussed extraterrestrials performing egregious activities, e.g., Paul Bennewitz, Phil Schneider, Robert Dean, John Lear, “Connor O’Ryan”, Dan Burisch, Charles Hall and others.
For example, in the case of Charles Hall, Hall described numerous instances where Tall White extraterrestrials willfully intimidated, threatened or injured military servicemen who were unfortunate enough to accidentally run into the Tall Whites that roamed the Nellis AFB hidden facility and deliberately stalked servicemen.
In addition to manipulating his database by filtering Disclosure Project witness testimonies and excluding the testimonies of other whistleblowers revealing abusive extraterrestrial activities and covert government agreements, Greer regularly dismisses evidence from researchers with extensive field work expertise such as Dr David Jacobs, Budd Hopkins, Dr Karla Turner, Whitley Strieber, and others analyzing case studies of abductees whose rights have been systematically violated by extraterrestrials.
Dr Jacobs for example has examined hundreds of abduction case studies over several decades to reach his conclusion that the behavior of extraterrestrials consistently violates accepted human rights standards and is a long term threat to human sovereignty. According to Greer, Dr Jacobs work can be easily dismissed as part of the undocumented xenophobic rumor mill based on flimsy evidence, yet Jacob’s work is well documented.
Also, Greer regularly refers to the Military Abductions (MILABs) phenomenon offered by Dr Helmut Lammer to support his thesis that all alleged abuses attributed to extraterrestrials can be ascribed to MILABs imitating extraterrestrials or to individuals projecting psychological traumas onto benign extraterrestrial visitors. This is a distortion of the evidence provided by Dr Lammer who does not exclude the possibility that extraterrestrials are violating human rights during the abduction phenomenon, only that the military is attempting to replicate extraterrestrial methods and violating human rights in the process.
Furthermore, Greer does not refer to the extensive research of those such as Zecharia Sitchin, Dr Arthur Horn, William Bramley, Jim Marrs, and others who have examined archeological records and argued that humanity has been seeded by extraterrestrial groups who have violently competed among themselves for control of the Earth.
Indeed, these sources point to a long historical presence where humanity has been used as an exploitable resource by some extraterrestrial groups whose motivations and activities are certainly questionable when it comes to the question of human rights violations.
Finally, in addition to dismissing the data on different categories of researchers documenting extraterrestrial violations of human rights in the modern and ancient era, Greer dismisses the testimonies of a great number of alleged contactees describing the nefarious activities of some contemporary extraterrestrial visitors. Contactees such as Howard Menger, Enrique Castillo Rincon, Eduard “Billy” Meier, “Prof Hernandez”, Brian Scott, and many others whose testimonies have been documented and investigated by competent researchers.
In sum, by filtering the testimonies of Disclosure Project witnesses on invasive extraterrestrial activities and covert agreements; excluding the testimonies of whistleblowers openly describing invasive extraterrestrial behaviors; excluding the extensive data offered by reputable researchers of the abduction phenomenon; ignoring the data of exo-archeologists, and dismissing the relevance of many ‘contactee’ testimonies, Greer is engaging in a willful attempt to distort the public conclusions concerning the true motivations and activities of the extraterrestrial visitors.
While his effort to spin data concerning extraterrestrial activities in a positive light may be perceived by some to be well intentioned, it is in reality both naive and dangerous to distort public perceptions in this manner given the extensive data suggesting that extraterrestrials have been involved in systematic human rights violations and that some government agencies have been complicit in these.
Based on the data I have examined in my Exopolitics research, I have arrived at the conclusion that extraterrestrials are as varied as humans in terms of their motivations and interactions with humanity. Some extraterrestrials are highly ethical and principled as Dr Greer contends.
I have pointed out in a number of my research papers that many extraterrestrial groups are advanced evolved beings genuinely wishing to assist humanity in its evolution, and have not entered into covert agreements with government agencies where they believe advanced extraterrestrial technology will be misused by irresponsible government agencies. These extraterrestrials appear to be in the majority which would replicate the social dynamics of human societies where a majority a citizens are law abiding.
This is where in his statement Greer distorts the nuances in my research and argues as follows:
I feel a point has been reached where silence only redounds to the further empowerment of a message of fear, hatred, prejudice – and the unwitting buttressing of the argument for weapons and war in space.
So Greer believes that my analysis buttresses the argument for the weaponization of space. The deliberate targeting of extraterrestrial visitors by covert government agencies using advanced weapons is a major concern which I have pointed out on a number of occasions in my recent papers.
On the other hand, there appears to be a minority of extraterrestrial visitors, who view humans as a biological resource to be exploited and have entered into covert agreements with a number of government agencies who easily exploited due to the latter’s desire for advanced technologies.
Extraterrestrials entering into such agreements have demonstrated little genuine desire to assist humanity in its evolution to a mature planetary civilization. There is credible evidence that covert agreements have led to various government agencies becoming complicit in some of the more egregious extraterrestrial activities such as what had or is occurring at the alleged Dulce facility.
The solution is not a military campaign using space weapons, but a political solution based on political disclosure of the extaterrestrial presence and the public accountability of public officials making key decisions in the management of extraterrestrial affairs.
The truth concerning alleged covert agreements between some extraterrestrial visitors and government agencies makes for a far more complex exopolitical situation than Dr Greer is willing to concede or support. That is understandable since the data is seldom conclusive, important whistleblowers or witnesses are intimidated into silence, which altogether compounds the difficulty of researchers seeking to document their sources and reach reliable conclusions.
Nevertheless, the available data is overwhelming that such agreements exist, and that some extraterrestrial visitors are violating human rights with the complicity of government agencies. Greer laments that:
“The facile acceptance of every story as true- no matter how dangerously xenophobic – is irresponsible and can only serve the agenda of those who wish to see the populace dis-informed, panicked and cowed into eventually accepting a military, space-based solution to the ET problem.”
He further argues that trying to distinguish between different categories of extraterrestrial visitors to discern their motivations and activities is a form of racism. He claims:
Today, we see racist appellations applied to certain alleged ET groups – The Grays! The Reptilians! The Tall White Ones! Must we go down this tired, dirty path again? Must we replay the sordid history of human racism, prejudice, and xenophobia as we begin our first steps towards the stars?
Unfortunately, Greer overlooks the solid research data that points to as many as 60 or more different extraterrestrial races actively interacting with or monitoring Earth. This data is supported by credible whistleblowers such as Clifford Stone and Robert Dean.
To conclude that all extraterrestrial visitors are uniform in their benign activites and motivations is greatly mistaken, and it appears Greer wishes to assert such a fallacious view on the general public and use his status to punish or intimidate researchers arguing a contrary position.
I have presented my research concerning the motivations and activities of different extraterrestrial visitors and their varying degrees of involvement in covert government agreements in a 17,000 word report. The data is impressive and credible, and cannot be simply dismissed by a strongly worded rhetorical flourish of 1400 words as evidenced in Greer’s May 2 statement.
While I respect the important work Dr Greer has done through the Disclosure Project in encouraging many credible whistleblowers to come forward, I disagree both with his research method and his conclusions. Greer claims with regard to my research that:
The facile acceptance of every story as true- no matter how dangerously xenophobic – is irresponsible and can only serve the agenda of those who wish to see the populace dis-informed, panicked and cowed into eventually accepting a military, space-based solution to the ET problem.
Greer’s opinion here greatly distorts the data presented by several of his own Disclosure Project witnesses as explained above, in addition to the work of many other whistleblowers, researchers and witnesses, which are supported to varying degrees by available documentation.
I certainly don’t accept all data concerning alleged abuses by extraterrestrial visitors, but conclude that there exists credible and substantiated data supporting this conclusion. Rather than get into an acrimonious turf war over what can and can’t be said or accepted in exopolitics research, I invite Dr Greer to respond to my criticisms of his research method so I and the general public can gain a more accurate picture of the true motivations and activities of extraterrestrial visitors.
I think a scholarly debate over the pros and cons concerning the data pointing to the varied motivations and activities of extraterrestrial visitors, and their alleged agreements with covert government agencies is highly valuable. Greer dismisses those holding contrary views on alleged extraterrestrial abuses or covert agreements as xenophobic, racist, and supporting military solutions to extraterrestrial visitation.
This strikes me as a form of political spin or “exospin”, that replicates methods used by the mouthpieces of repressive regimes such as Mr Irawan Abidin of the former Suharto government in Indonesia. I contend that exopolitics is the scholarly analysis of all credible data concerning the extraterrestrial presence, not a highly selective approach that supports a preconceived conclusion of only advanced benign extraterrestrial visitors to our planet. The latter is not objective exopolitical scholarship but exospin of the most disingenuous kind.

In a November 21 lecture, veteran UFO researcher Dr. Steven Greer made the startling claim that in 1989, the United Nations Secretary General, Javier Perez de Cuellar, was abducted in a false flag alien event. Greer said that the fake abduction was designed to block an initiative by leading world statesmen meeting at the United Nations to disclose the truth about extraterrestrial life and technology to the world.
In his lecture, Greer said that he had spoken with the Crown Prince of Lichtenstein, Hans-Adam, who had revealed to him the startling extraterrestrial disclosure plan being negotiated in 1989 at the United Nations. Prince Hans-Adam was participating in the high level negotiations involving Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush, Mikhail Gorbachev (Secretary General of the USSR), along with other world leaders who were meeting with Perez de Cuellar, as the Cold War was coming to an end.
Greer said that the disclosure plan was aborted at the 11th hour, after Perez de Cuellar was involved in an abduction event where he was forcibly taken to a spacecraft and threatened by extraterrestrials. Greer explained what Prince Hans-Adam had told him:
He said what happened was that Perez de Cuellar … was coming back from a 3 am late night planning session for this event when he was abducted by aliens from his motorcade in Manhattan … Perez de Cuellar was taken somehow out of the motorcade onto an ET craft where he was threatened by the ETs and told: If you disclose this information, we will abduct every world leader involved, including the President of the United States.
Greer went on to say that the event was actually a staged abduction. It involved highly classified corporate programs using bioengineered “Programmed Life Forms” (PLFs) designed to look like real extraterrestrials. He said that the PLFs, which he called “aliens” as opposed to genuine extraterrestrials, were used in many thousands of false flag abduction events to fool the world into believing we were facing an extraterrestrial threat. The PLFs would implant abductees with tracking chips so they could easily be abducted in the future by the corporations involved,
To support his startling claims, Greer supplied documents showing that he was indeed in communications with Prince Hans-Adam, and met with him in New York in July 1994. The letters show that Hans-Adam had agreed with Greer’s analysis of the role of transnational corporations in managing the UFO/extraterrestrial phenomenon, but thought Greer had little chance of success in his disclosure efforts.
Greer also supplied whistleblower testimony from William Pawelec, a former military/corporate contractor, who had disclosed that small electronic implant chips had been developed in 1979 for tracking purposes. These could be implanted into people, making them trackable even from an altitude of 120 kilometers. Pawelec said that billions of the chips were made by a division of the Siemens corporation, but they had disappeared.
Greer also supplied a document from the Strategic Studies Institute located inside the US Army War College, which detailed an elaborate psychological warfare plan to deceive the world about extraterrestrial life by staging false flag alien abductions. The plan envisaged traumatizing abducted individuals sufficiently so that they would be willing accomplices in a future false flag alien invasion scenario.
The documents and whistleblower testimonies Greer cited raise important questions about why the Siemens corporation had manufactured billions of chip implants soon after 1979, which could be used to track individuals. Pawelec testimony is especially significant since implants have been found in many abductees that proved to be electronic tracking devices them.
More recent research on implants has shown that these can be used to remotely influence individuals from satellites using advanced computer systems. A U.S. Patent issued in 2000 reveals that individuals with brain implants can have their thoughts and emotions electronically influenced by satellites remote controlled by advanced computers.
Greer’s documents and Pawelec’s testimony strongly suggest the existence of a highly classified corporate military program to monitor and remotely influence individuals with implants for psychological warfare purposes. Furthermore, one of the Edward Snowden NSA files, also confirms that UFOs were a key part of covert online operations.
Was Perez de Cuellar subjected to a false flag alien abduction for psychological warfare purposes, as Greer claims?
The crux of Greer’s version of events is that Perez de Cuellar was abducted and threatened by the ‘aliens’ (PLF’s impersonating extraterrestrials), after leaving a late night planning session for an upcoming extraterrestrial disclosure plan by the United Nations. Yet there is compelling evidence that Perez de Cuellar was not actually abducted himself, but had witnessed, along with his two bodyguards, an alien abduction of a woman around 3 am on November 30, 1989.
Budd Hopkins, a respected UFO researcher, was the first to investigate the Linda Napolitano (aka Linda Cortile) alien abduction case. Essentially, Napolitano claims that she was floated out of her 12th floor bedroom window by three aliens that appeared in a bluish-white beam of light, projected from a large glowing UFO hovering over her Manhattan apartment complex. She was then taken inside the alien craft and had various experiments conducted on her.
In early February 1991, Hopkins received a letter from two men claiming to be police officers using the first names Richard and Dan, who had seen the Napolitano abduction. Richard and Dan were acting as bodyguards for an unidentified VIP and were in a car two blocks away. They told Hopkins:
There was an oval-shaped object hovering over the top of the apartment building two or three blocks up from where we sat. We didn’t know where it came from. It happened too fast. Its lights turned from a bright reddish orange to a whitish blue coming out of the bottom. Green lights rotated round the edge of the saucer. A little girl or woman wearing a white gown sailed out of the window in a fetal position – and then stood in mid-air in this beam of light. I could see three of the ugliest creatures I ever saw. I don’t know what they were. They weren’t human. Their heads were out of proportion, very large heads with no hair. Those buggers were escorting her into the craft. My partner screamed, ‘We have got to get them.’ We tried to get out of the car but couldn’t. After the woman was escorted in, the oval turned reddish orange again and whisked off.
The third witness had seen the abduction from a ¼ mile away while traveling on the Brooklyn bridge. Up to 23 witnesses have come forward describing various aspects of abduction incidents described by Napolitano.
The VIP was later identified by the two bodyguards as Perez de Cuellar. Hopkins claimed that he was able to get directly in touch with de Cuellar who confirmed to Hopkins that he had seen the abduction. Hopkins says that he met with de Cuellar who insisted on keeping his involvement in the incident confidential, despite Hopkin’s efforts to persuade him to go public.
Hopkin’s investigation of the Napolitano incident showed that there were four direct witnesses in total, including de Cuellar, to Napolitano’s abduction.
So, there was an abduction that de Cuellar had seen, but was he directly involved as Greer was told? According to the two bodyguards, their car had stopped running during the sighting suggesting it was under the influence of the saucer shaped craft.
Also, it was later revealed that one of the bodyguards, Dan, had a lifetime of personal abduction experiences himself and was often paired with Linda Napolitano when they were children. He apparently recognized Napolitano from these childhood incidents, and became obsessive over her.
In one of her sessions with Hopkins, Napolitano revealed a startling development: “she thought somehow she was being used by the aliens to control the men. She communicated with the men telepathically.” It can be concluded that while in the flying saucer, she was telepathically communicating with Dan and/or Perez de Cuellar on behalf of the aliens.
Later, Dan and Richard revealed they were CIA agents. As these additional details emerged, some investigators then dismissed the Napolitano case as clever disinformation to discredit Hopkins’ abduction research.
Details from what Prince Hans-Adam told Greer, indicate Napolitano’s abduction had happened at roughly the same time as Perez de Cuellar was himself directly involved in an abduction incident. The most plausible explanation is that de Cuellar had seen Napolitano’s abduction, and was perhaps even telepathically influenced, rather than being abducted himself, as Greer was told.
Nevertheless, the latter possibility can’t be ruled out entirely given the abduction history of one of his personal bodyguards, and problems experienced with the car around the time the abduction was occurring.
In either case, the Napolitano abduction had a powerful emotional effect on Perez de Cuellar and his bodyguards. It is easy to understand why Perez de Cuellar may have interpreted the abduction incident as a threat not to proceed with the United Nations disclosure plan. This is even more so if de Cuellar was receiving telepathic communications from Napolitano through Dan, on behalf of the aliens. All of this parallels with key elements of what Greer was told by Prince Hans-Adam.
In addition, Greer insisted in his lecture that the incident was a staged alien abduction, rather than a genuine extraterrestrial event. According to Greer, extraterrestrials are not involved in abductions or other hostile actions. In his opinion, extraterrestrials do not conduct overt hostile actions against humanity. If hostile acts occur, this is indicative of a false flag alien event staged by rogue classified programs run by transnational corporations in cooperation with elements of military-intelligence community of the world’s major nations.
Greer’s conclusion that there are no hostile extraterrestrials interacting with humanity is very controversial, and is refuted by the testimonies of many whistleblowers and experiencers claiming the contrary. Long adhering to his position, in May 2006 Greer launched a rare public rebuke of my exopolitics research for claiming that some extraterrestrial visitors behaved in a hostile manner. My response to him at the time is here.
In the Perez de Cuellar abduction, as related to Greer, the action was overtly hostile in terms of threats being made to abduct other world leaders. Greer concludes that this is evidence of it being a false flag alien event that belongs to the ongoing psychological warfare operations against the world public.
It is plausible that the 1989 abduction was indeed designed to be a threat and warning not to proceed with the United Nations extraterrestrial disclosure plan. As for whether the Napolitano incident was a staged alien abduction or a genuine extraterrestrial event, there is considerable room for debate. It was certainly the opinion of Budd Hopkins, who has done the most work in investigating the case, that it was a genuine extraterrestrial abduction.
Yet Greer does have some compelling documentary evidence that substantiates staged alien abductions as a tool for a broader psychological warfare campaign. One of the goals of which is to condition the world populace to accept a contrived hostile alien threat.
Regardless of the debate over whether the aliens in the Napolitano abduction case were genuine or not, what Greer has done in releasing Prince Hans-Adam’s testimony in his November 21 lecture, is that it strongly confirms Hopkin’s earlier claims that Perez de Cuellar was directly involved with the Napolitano abduction event. Whether de Cuellar was merely a witness to Napolitano’s abduction, was himself abducted, and/or had received telepathic messages from the aliens, more research is required.
The testimony of Prince Hans-Adam, as relayed by Greer, is supported to a significant extent by the impressive evidence accumulated in the Napolitano abduction case. The final conclusion is astounding. A secret 1989 United Nations plan for extraterrestrial disclosure was aborted due to a threat the UN Secretary General Perez de Cuellar received. Either genuine extraterrestrial visitors conducting abductions, or aliens (PLFs) created by a cabal of transnational entities staging false flag alien abductions, did not want humanity to learn the truth about extraterrestrial visitation.

After White House Counselor John Podesta went public on Feb 13 with his failed efforts to have classified UFO files disclosed, it has been learned that one of his unofficial sources for the existence of such files is Disclosure Project advocate Dr Steven Greer. Greer announced on Feb 14 that he had unofficially “briefed” Podesta about an extraterrestrial cover-up in early 2009, soon after President Obama took office. Podesta at the time was in the process of completing his work as co-chair of Obama’s Presidential transition team. Greer’s briefing documents were to be passed on to President Obama himself, and to his then-CIA Director Leon Panetta.
Greer explained the background to his unofficial briefing:
An attorney working with Mr. Podesta requested the briefing and we assembled an extensive file for Mr. Podesta to provide to the newly- elected President Obama. There was also support for this process from a senior CIA official who is friendly to Disclosure and the briefing was also provided to then-CIA Director Leon Panetta.
The cover letter to the extensive briefing documents provided to Podesta is six pages long and is titled “Special Presidential Briefing for President Barack Obama.” Dated Jan 23, 2009, the cover letter was publicly released by Greer in Dec 2012. The cover letter contains references to some of the material provided to Podesta, including how Presidential administrations have been systemically denied access to information concerning extraterrestrial life and technology on the grounds of “misguided secrecy”. Greer wrote:
Because of this misguided secrecy, the wondrous new sciences related to advanced energy generation, propulsion and transportation have been withheld from the people. These advances include the generation of limitless clean energy from the so-called zero point energy field and quantum vacuum flux field from the space around us, and propulsion that has been termed (incorrectly) anti-gravity. The field of electromagnetic energy that is teeming all around us and which is embedded within the fabric of space/time can easily run all of the energy needs of the Earth – without pollution, oil, gas, coal, centralized utilities or nuclear power.
It’s significant that when Podesta was appointed Counselor to President Obama, his duties as described on the White House website “include overseeing climate change and energy policy.” This firmly suggests that the UFO files that Podesta requested involved some of the classified information on free energy technologies that were described in Greer’s briefing.
It’s important to emphasize that Podesta almost certainly had Obama’s support in accessing UFO files that could revolutionize the energy industry, and end U.S. dependence on fossil fuels and nuclear energy. Podesta’s Feb 13 twitter message signaled his frustration at being unable to access such classified files which he clearly believed existed. Podesta was undoubtedly taking one final swing at secretly appointed national security officials that had denied him and the President access out of “misguided secrecy.” Thankfully Greer’s disclosure of his secret briefing of Podesta in 2009 and the cover letter that accompanied the briefing documents is now a matter of the public record.
