A 1968 photo taken during a Lunar Orbiter mission to the moon shows what appears to be a spacecraft that is at least 10 miles (16 km) long resting inside the Crater Manlius. The photo was the subject of a Youtube video that was released on October 4 that shows various close ups and light contrasts of the apparent spacecraft. Most of the object is well illuminated by the sun, but the rest is in the shadows of the crater which is approximately 20 miles (34 km) in diameter, What appears to be a spacecraft cockpit is in shadows. According to an October 5 blog post on UFO Sightings Daily, the object is a UFO that was being secretly studied by NASA, and the real target for upcoming Apollo moon missions.
The apparent spacecraft was photographed by Lunar Orbiter III (frame 3073) that was sent in 1967 to map the moon for future Apollo missions. Prior to its October 2014 “rediscovery,” the UFO in the photo was discovered in October 2007 and discussed on an online forum where the consensus was that it was a spacecraft of some kind.
One possible explanation of the object is that it is an optical illusion based on a depression in the crater, rather than a large spacecraft resting on the crater’s surface. The contours of the object as it meets the shadow cast by the sun from the crater’s rim, however, appears to rule out such an explanation.
What is perhaps even more solid evidence of something artificial on the moon’s surface in the same Lunar Orbiter photo is what appears to be the remains of a road that is approximately 60 miles (100 km) long on the moon’s surface. The apparent road is surprisingly straight and covers the entire width of the Orbiter photo suggesting it is even longer. This suggests that it is not a natural depression on the lunar surface. Even more surprisingly, the roadway was not discussed in either the Youtube video or the UFO Sightings Daily blogpost.
The object captured by the Lunar Orbiter III does appear to be a huge spacecraft that is at least 10 miles long resting on the surface of the Crater Manlius, rather than an optical illusion from a depression in the crater. A possibility of artificial structures on the moon that is harder to dismiss is what appears to be the remains of an ancient lunar highway that is at least 60 miles long.

A rare set of NASA photos of astronauts training on the lava fields of the Big Island of Hawaii were publicly released today. The Big Island has been a favored destination for NASA to send astronauts to train in environments similar to the Moon and Mars. The photos show a variety of situations where astronauts are seen testing equipment for upcoming lunar missions and future landings on Mars. The volcanic lava fields are not only to be used for training earth astronauts for trips to the Moon, Mars and beyond. If officials from the reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii have their way, alien astronauts will soon land on Hawaiian lava fields to meet humanity. It appears that Hawaii’s lava fields are suitable for astronauts from both earth and alien worlds to spend some time visiting.
The NASA photos were released by the Hawaii based Pacific International Space Center for Exploration Systems (PISCES) whose mission statement is to assist “aerospace agencies from around our planet to develop, test, and validate in Hawaii pioneering technologies that can advance robotic and human missions to space.” In the late 1960s, scientists recognized that the Big Islands lava fields bore “an uncanny resemblance to the terrain on the Moon,” Astronauts from Apollo missions 13 to 17 trained on the Big Island’s lava fields. In a blog post PISCES describes its efforts to locate the photos from NASA to document Hawaii’s role in helping send astronauts to the Moon.
On May 28, the Reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii issued a “Declaration for a Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary” setting out its goal of converting some of the Big Island’s more recent lava flows into a place where alien astronauts can land and meet with humans. According to the Declaration, Hawaiian legends reveal that the native Hawaiians are descended from extraterrestrial visitors from the Pleiades star system. Representatives from the Reinstated Kingdom claim sovereignty over new land created by recent lava flows, and plan to dedicated some of it for extraterrestrials to land in a special ceremony on June 27 that will be part of an upcoming Hawaii Sustainability event.
The lava field designated for alien visitors is in the Kalapana area of the Big Island, only an hour or so car ride to the lava fields used by the Apollo mission for training astronauts for moon missions. Even closer is the Hilo office of PISCES where the Apollo images are proudly hanging on a mural. The Big Island of Hawaii’s lava fields, according to PISCES, offer an exciting venue for national aerospace agencies to send astronauts. If the Reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii succeeds with its plans, U.S. and other astronauts will be joined by alien astronauts in visiting the Big Island’s volcanic terrain.
NASA image AS11-41-6155 reveals what appears to be an alien base on the far side of the moon.
A photo from the online archive of the Apollo 11 mission reveals what appears to be a base on the far side of the moon. The object appears to be on the moon’s surface and is well illuminated. It is symmetrical with a long shaft separated at each end by a small sphere with another in the center. The spheres appear to be living quarters with connecting corridors. The object was recently discovered by an observer and announced today on UFO Sightings Daily. The photo, AS11-41-6155, is significant since whistleblowers have claimed that NASA regularly scrubs or destroys photos with any evidence of alien life or artificial structures. The Apollo 11 photo does not appear to have been digitally altered in any way, and may be stunning visual evidence of alien life on the far side of the moon.
I need to let you know about my discovery of what seems to be some kind of UTO (unknown Terrain Object) or UFO, that appears on one of the pictures from an Apollo mission which I don’t remember which one (Apollo 11) it was…I took some screenshots so that you can see the object in very good detail.
To me it looks like some kind of crystal tube with something that appears like an antenna or some kind of special weapon…not sure what it is, but we can figure it out. The first image is the original one which has lots and lots of unknown objects on the surface of the moon! J.M.
The object is well illuminated and symmetrical. It appears to be artificial structure of some kind.

Significantly, whistleblowers have come forward to claim that NASA and affiliated government agencies have a policy of destroying or altering photos that reveal artificial structures on the moon or in space. Karl Wolfe, for example, claims that he witnessed NASA, the NSA and the US Air Force cooperating to remove such structures from Apollo and satellite imagery when detected. The Washington Times had this to say of Wolf’s whistleblower testimony:
Karl Wolf, an Air Force sergeant who was assigned to the National Security Agency, said that mysterious structures were discovered on the far side of the moon when the United States was mapping its surface before the 1969 lunar landing. Those photos too were culled out of the public record.
Another whistleblower is Dr Ken Johnston who was a manager of NASA’s Data and Photo Control Department. Johnston claims that he also witnessed moon photos showing artificial structures and was asked to destroy the photos. He refused and was fired by NASA.
If tampering of Apollo and satellite imagery of the moon’s surface is a regular policy implemented by various NASA and other US government agencies as Wolf and Johnston claim, then Apollo imago AS11-41-6155 may have remained unaltered since the object it depicts escaped detection (see above image). The photo is very large (40 megabytes) and it takes close scrutiny to discover the anomalous object. In conclusion, Apollo 11 image AS11-41-6155 may be smoking gun proof of an alien base on the far side of the moon.
It’s official – the US Air Force had a plan to nuke the moon. According to a declassified report obtained by CNN in a story that aired on November 28, the Air Force plan involved sending a nuclear missile that would detonate on impact with the lunar surface. The aim was apparently to respond to Soviet success in launching Sputnik I, and showing that the US had a capacity to send rockets to, and eventually from the moon. The project was titled “A Study of Lunar Research Flights” (aka “Project A-119”) and was planned in 1958. According to the declassified report, the plan was never implemented, and was abandoned one year later due to concerns over the effect of nuclear radiation on the moon, and a public backlash. According to one senior US Air Force officer, however, not only was an attempt made to detonate a nuclear bomb on the moon decades later, but there was an external intervention to destroy the missile.
CNN was able to track down and interview the physicist who led Project A-119. Leonard Reiffel told CNN:
People were worried very much by (first human in space Soviet cosmonaut Yuri) Gagarin and Sputnik and the very great accomplishments of the Soviet Union in those days, and in comparison, the United States was feared to be looking puny. So this was a concept to sort of reassure people that the United States could maintain a mutually-assured deterrence, and therefore avoid any huge conflagration on the Earth,”
“The basic plan,” according to Reiffel, “was for an intercontinental ballistic missile to be launched from an undisclosed location, travel some 240,000 miles to the moon, and detonate on impact.” Information from the impact, according to Report, would yield information “concerning the capability of nuclear weapons for space warfare.” Reiffel explained:
The thinking … was that if the Soviets hit the United States with nuclear weapons first and wiped out the U.S. ability to strike back, the U.S. could launch warheads from the moon.
We didn’t want to clutter up the natural radioactivities of the moon with additional bits of radioactivity from the Earth,.. Project planners also weren’t sure of the reliability of the weapons, and feared the public backlash in the U.S. would be significant.
So if Reiffel and the 1959 report is accurate, then the plan to nuke the moon was never attempted. Or was it? According to a retired USAF Colonel, not only was an attempt made to nuke the moon, but there was UFO intervention to destroy the missile soon after its launch.
Colonel Ross Dedrickson explained his background in nuclear weapons security in an interview with Dr Steven Greer of the Disclosure Project:
I was a staff officer for the military liaison committee between the chairman of the AEC [Atomic Energy Commission] and the Secretary of Defense…. During that period of time [early 1950s] one of my functions was to accompany a security team which visited all of the nuclear facilities to check on the security of weapons…. I was assigned to the Unified Command under Admiral Felt during the ‘60s. I was the officer in charge of the Alternate command post involved with nuclear weapons operation planning. During that period of time, I maintained contacts with NORAD, with the SAC operations, and was involved with operational plans for the use of nuclear weapons.
I finally retired from the Air Force and joined the Boeing Company where I was assigned to the Minute Man program where I was responsible for the accounting of all the nuclear fleet, the Minute Man One, Two, and Three. And during that period of time, I also learned about incidents involving nuclear weapons. And among these incidents were those where a couple of nuclear weapons that were sent into space were destroyed …
Dedrickson claims that one of these nuclear weapons fired into space was aimed at the moon:
It was my understanding that in either the very end of the ‘70s or the early ‘80s that we attempted to put a nuclear weapon on the Moon and explode it for scientific measurements and other things…
Who was it that destroyed the nuclear missile aimed at the moon, and interfered with other nuclear weapons tests by the USA? According to Dedrickson, the missiles were destroyed by UFOs that he believed were manned by an extraterrestrial intelligence. Dedrickson’s remarkable claims are backed by other retired USAF officials that state that US and Soviet nuclear missiles were regularly interfered with by UFOs since the dawn of the nuclear era.
In conclusion, we know that the USAF did officially conceive a plan in 1958 to launch and detonate a nuclear missile on the moon. Apparently, “Project A-119” was abandoned one year later. If Colonel Dedrickson is accurate, however, then Project A-119 was either resurrected decades later or a new project was conceived with a similar goal. The timing of the later project, in the late 1970s/early 1980s, suggests the nuclear missile attempt may have been related to circumstances surrounding the end of the Apollo lunar missions. According to some whistleblowers the USA was not “allowed” to return to the moon by an extraterrestrial intelligence based on the moon. It appears that there was indeed an attempt to send a nuclear missile to the moon by the USAF, and that it was destroyed by some external agency – UFOs and/or extraterrestrial intelligence – closely monitoring nuclear weapons testing on Earth, outer space and the moon.
