A declassified Central Intelligence Agency document reveals that in 1984, the CIA employed a psychic “remote viewer” to look at a region of Mars as it was approximately one million years ago. The remote viewer, who was not aware that the coordinates given were on the planet Mars, described seeing pyramids, futuristic technologies and a very tall human-looking civilization facing impending environmental calamity.
Small part of the Cydonia region, taken by the Viking 1 orbiter and released by NASA/JPL on July 25, 1976
What makes the CIA document remarkable is that the coordinates provided to the unknown remote viewer were of the Cydonia region as depicted in a series of Viking Orbiter images of Mars in 1976. Cydonia became famous after a succession of researchers claimed that the region contained a face, ruins of a city, and pyramids.
Pope and the National Enquirer’s chief purpose was to hide the truth in plain sight by releasing it in sensationalized news stories with questionable sources that would be widely ridiculed by the general public. Subsequently, any academics or scientists prepared to investigate such sensational claims faced ridicule from their peers and ruining their professional careers.
Nevertheless, competent researchers did turn their attention to the now controversial Viking Orbiter images and found that they indeed did appear to show an artificially created “Face on Mars”, nearby ruins dubbed “Inca City”, and even pyramids.
The first objective analysis of the Viking data was published in 1982 in Omni Magazine by the researchers Vincent DiPietro, an electrical engineer, and Gregory Molenaar, a computer engineer. Their 1982 Omni article was an extract of their 77-page book, Unusual Martian Surface Features, also released that year. They were soon followed by other independent researchers such as Richard Hoagland who in 1987 authored The Monuments of Mars: A City on the Edge of Forever.
What this short review of the history of the Viking images of Cydonia tells us is that while researchers such as DiPietro, Molenaar and Hoagland were widely ridiculed by their scientific peers for their analyses and conclusions, the CIA was paying very close attention.
Declassified CIA documents confirm that remote viewing was taken very seriously by the Agency and other intelligence services. Significant funding went into studying the usefulness of remote viewing as an intelligence gathering tool.
The conclusion was that remote viewing had sufficient accuracy to be utilized for field work as the following declassified CIA document dated May 9, 1984 clearly states.
Among the most accurate of remote viewers described in the CIA documents was the famed psychic Ingo Swann. In his 1998 book, Penetration, Swann described at length how the CIA utilized his remote viewing skills.
One assignment in 1975 was to spy on secret bases on the Moon, which were run by one or more extraterrestrial civilizations. In chapter five, Swann opens by describing his remote viewing of the Moon for Axelrod/Axel, a CIA officer:
Given the earlier off-planet locations assigned to top remote viewers like Swann, it is not surprising that the CIA employed a remote viewer to learn about the origins of the pyramids and other artificial Mars structures in the Cydonia region.
The protocol used for the session is described on page 2 of the CIA document, which is dated May 22, 1984:
The rest of the CIA document (pp. 3-9) is a transcript of the remote viewer responding to questions about different locations and time periods given to him (in 1984, all known remote reviewers were men). The remote viewer is referred to as “SUB.,” while the questioner is “MON.”
This is what the remote viewer reports after being given his first question:
The coordinates are for the Cydonia region, and immediately the remote viewer describes some kind of pyramid sitting in a valley. This is remarkable corroboration for the multiple researchers who have identified pyramids in the Viking images of this exact region of Mars.
Next, the remote viewer responds to a serious of questions concerning the population living in the region shortly before planet-wide geological disturbances that occurred approximately one million years ago. He describes the population as very tall and thin, and looking to escape the disturbances which included very violent storm activity:
The Martian civilization is dying and the population knows about it:
The Martians are waiting to travel elsewhere to survive. Some are able to escape to distant regions, presumably off-planet, as the following quote suggests:
Next, the remote viewer describes what clearly appears to be a spacecraft taking survivors to another planet over a million years ago:
The above description is very suggestive of what Earth may have looked like at the time. So did escaping Martians travel to Earth approximately a million years ago leaving behind them pyramids and other ruins in the Cydonia region, which were observed by the Viking orbiter in 1976 and the CIA’s remote viewer in 1984?
The movie Snowden by Oliver Stone performs a masterful job in depicting efforts by the National Security Agency (NSA) in comprehensively gathering up electronic communications between people and organizations in the U.S. and all over the world. Stone correctly displays the routine violation of U.S. constitutional rights such practices entail, and why Edward Snowden was motivated to become a whistleblower and leak official state secrets to journalists in order to reveal what was happening.
The movie frames the core issue raised by Snowden as personal privacy being a right protected by the US Constitution, except in cases where courts grant exceptions due to criminal activities or national security. In the case of the NSA, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) had become a judicial rubber stamp for NSA spying. Snowden, however, revealed that personal privacy is routinely violated without any FISA court rulings, and with no transparency and accountability in the process used by the NSA and the intelligence community more generally.
Subsequently, journalists such as Glenn Greenwald and Laura Poitras have seen their careers skyrocket as a result of their coverage of Snowden’s releases, and the need to curtail state sanctioned violations of personal privacy on spurious national security grounds. In short, the NSA and intelligence community should not be allowed to spy on private citizens without solid legal justification.
This raises the question of why is the NSA and the intelligence community spying on private citizens, and violating U.S. constitutional norms in the process? What Snowden the movie suggests is that the “war on terror”, which is used to justify individual surveillance, is a mere figleaf for more long-term cyber threats posed by China and Russia, and the need to give U.S. corporations a competitive edge against international rivals.
This is where Snowden and the journalists covering his revelations fail to see the big picture emerging from deeper forces at play when it comes to NSA spying on private citizens. First, we need to separate the military intelligence community comprising the NSA, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), etc., from civilian controlled organizations such as the Central Intelligence Agency.
While the chief purpose of the NSA, DIA and other military intelligence organizations is to conduct intelligence and counter-intelligence operations, it is the CIA which is uniquely tasked by the U.S. Congress to conduct covert operations. This is where the CIA will send its operatives into countries and organizations not merely to gather intelligence or perform counter-intelligence, but to conduct covert operations including sabotage, blackmail, coups, false flag operations, assassination, etc.
What further needs to be considered is that the CIA since its inception in 1947 under President Harry Truman, has conducted its covert operations without genuine oversight or transparency. There is literally no mechanism within the U.S. bureaucracy by which CIA covert operations can be understood, let alone accounted for. This led to Truman famously regretting his decision to enable the CIA to go beyond mere “human intelligence” gathering. He said on December 22, 1963:
I think it has become necessary to take another look at the purpose and operations of our Central Intelligence Agency — CIA . . . For some time I have been disturbed by the way the CIA has been diverted from its original assignment. It has become an operational and at times a policy-making arm of the Government. This has led to trouble and may have compounded our difficulties in several explosive areas. . . . We have grown up as a nation, respected for our free institutions and for our ability to maintain a free and open society. There is something about the way the CIA has been functioning that is casting a shadow over our historic position and I feel that we need to correct it.
Coming one month after President Kennedy’s assassination, Truman was ominously hinting at a CIA link to the national tragedy
In contrast to the CIA, military intelligence operations are conducted in conformity with the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and run according to a strict chain of command. Basically, at the apex of the NSA, and other military intelligence organizations, the officials running these agencies can be held accountable for their actions.
What further compounds the problem with CIA covert operations is who does the CIA work for? On the surface, the CIA works for the U.S. Congress and Executive Branch of Government including the U.S. President. That is largely correct when it comes to the CIA analytical division, what Truman pointed to as its “original assignment”, but what about its covert operations division which has been known over the years by a number of names, the current one being the “National Clandestine Service”?
There is abundant evidence that CIA covert operations are controlled by a “Shadow Government,” which has its own agenda, entirely separate to the “Representative Government,” periodically elected. This “Shadow Government” involves elite groups and other mysterious forces who are presently accountable to no one, and want to keep things that way.
There exists a shadowy Government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of the national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself.
When President John F. Kennedy attempted to gain access to the CIA’s most closely guarded secrets about UFOs, he was assassinated in a covert action led by the chief of CIA counterintelligence, James Jesus Angleton. My book, Kennedy’s Last Stand, documents how Angleton was following a set of directives given to him by a mysterious control group known as Majestic 12 to respond to Kennedy and any future President who might become a problem concerning control over the UFO topic.
Consequently, when it comes to answering the question, “why is the NSA spying on private citizens”, the answer is more complex than the NSA simply wanting to know about citizens’ private affairs in order to more effectively deal with global terrorism. The NSA and the military intelligence community is more interested in learning about covert CIA activities, and how this impacts U.S. national security.
This then adds a new layer of complexity to the Snowdon movie. Prior to becoming an NASA operative, Snowden was a CIA analyst who allegedly became disenchanted with its covert operations, and resigned. After resuming his work with the CIA, Snowden was transferred to the Hawaii branch of Booz Allen Hamilton, an NSA contractor, ostensibly for healthier working conditions.
This raises the questions, was Snowdon a CIA mole whose job was to expose NSA spying, or was he alternatively set up by the CIA so that he would eventually reveal the truth about the NSA data collection operations as a whistleblower?
The true goal of such a CIA covert operation then was not to reveal the NSA’s spying activities in order to protect American civil liberties, but to curtail the effectiveness of the NSA’s intelligence gathering on CIA covert operations. This was done in order to keep hidden not just CIA operatives, but the puppet masters behind the CIA covert operations whose power and influence extends to sitting U.S. Presidents. This was a lesson President Kennedy learned the hard way, and President-Elect Trump is already learning with the CIA’s covert operations to undermine his incoming administration.
The CIA’s effort to deny Trump the presidency is being supported by a cavalcade of retired CIA officials, including former director Michael Hayden, former acting director Michael Morell, and former clandestine services officer Robert Baer. These and other former CIA officials would not be attacking Trump’s credentials to serve as president without a wink and a nod from current CIA director John Brennan.
If the above analysis is correct, what this suggests is that Snowden is at best an unwitting dupe manipulated by the CIA, or at worst a CIA mole whose real mission was to impact NSA intelligence gathering operations which pose a threat to CIA covert operations.
It is understandable that if the U.S. military intelligence community was aware of the full extent of CIA operations involving sabotage, blackmail, false flag events, assassination, in the U.S. and around the world, that some of these operations would be neutralized. This is especially significant when it comes to the incoming inauguration ceremony of President Trump.
On the very day and time that Trump is to be inaugurated, news has emerged that the Army General commanding the D.C. National Guard is to be relieved of duty at 12:01 pm in the midst of the inauguration ceremony.
The U.S. Army general who heads the D.C. National Guard and is an integral part of overseeing the inauguration said Friday he has been ordered removed from command effective Jan. 20, 12:01 p.m., just as Donald Trump is sworn in as president. Maj. Gen. Errol R. Schwartz’s departure will come in the midst of the presidential ceremony, classified as a national special security event — and while thousands of his troops are deployed to help protect the nation’s capital during an inauguration he has spent months helping to plan.
The Washington Post interviewed Schwartz on Friday January 13, and reported his answers to his puzzling dismissal orders from an unknown Pentagon source:
“The timing is extremely unusual,” Schwartz said in an interview Friday morning, confirming a memo announcing his ouster that was obtained by The Washington Post. During the inauguration, Schwartz would command not only the members of the D.C. guard but also an additional 5,000 unarmed troops sent in from across the country to help. He also would oversee military air support protecting the nation’s capital during the inauguration. “My troops will be on the street,” said Schwartz, who turned 65 in October. “I’ll see them off, but I won’t be able to welcome them back to the armory.” He said he would “never plan to leave a mission in the middle of a battle.”
The confusion already caused by this mysterious order received by Schwartz is a tell-tale sign of a CIA covert operation in the making.
While Snowden, Greenwald and Poitras are to be commended for their forceful advocacy of civil liberties, and unaccountable national security state encroachments upon these liberties, they fail to take into account the deeper layers of the global control system, whereby the CIA’s covert operations are ultimately directed by a Shadow Government.
The CIA’s covert operations have long been a rogue element in the U.S. national security system, one that the military intelligence community has attempted to monitor and curtail when appropriate. That is especially important with the incoming Trump administration and CIA covert actions already underway against it.
Andrew Basiago, who claims to have participated in two DARPA/CIA classified programs involving time travel and teleportation to Mars, has released 100 proposals on highly alternative issues for his 2016 Write-In Presidential campaign. In putting forth a policy platform based on his alleged experiences, he is offering a template for a future post-disclosure Presidential campaign to include public policy debates over the uses of highly advanced technologies and the existence of extraterrestrial life.
Basiago’s proposals contain many positive and progressive insights regarding classified programs that deserve widespread public support. His proposals concerning the disclosure of extraterrestrial life, classified technologies, secret space programs and the truth about Bush administration foreknowledge of the 911 attacks, make for refreshing reading given the more mundane public policy proposals of mainstream political candidates.
It is therefore worthwhile to examine a few of his key proposals in light of what other independent whistleblower sources and documents have revealed about classified space programs and exotic travel technologies.
First, it is important to point out that there are many who are still not convinced that Basiago is a genuine whistleblower and/or is part of a sophisticated psychological operation by the CIA and other agencies. In a series of articles (see here, here and here) investigating documentary and other whistleblower testimonies, I found impressive evidence to support his key claims of being a participant in two CIA/DARPA run classified programs.
My main reservation was that Basiagio, by his own admission, is part of a CIA sanctioned disclosure initiative to reveal classified time travel, teleportation and space program activities. His “grooming” as a predicted future President by CIA ‘White Hats’, who included his deceased father, Raymond Basiago, raises specific concerns about his 2016, and future, Presidential campaigns.
In particular, does Basiago’s perspective about the CIA’s historic role in classified advanced technology programs reflect an agenda to skew public perception in order to preserve the CIA’s existence in a post-disclosure world? By focusing on our volatile world’s intrinsic need for the CIA’s intelligence gathering using classified technology programs, he believes this makes it indispensable and worth reforming as a “super-university,” despite its nefarious history in covert operations and the abuses that occurred, as his following proposal advocates.
I have to disagree with Basiago. A more suitable policy would be to abolish the covert operations branch of the CIA (National Clandestine Service) and have its functions taken over by the U.S. military. Military officers, who swear allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, are more likely to maintain constitutional principles in covert operations than CIA operatives. The latter have participated in illicit activities including the drug trade, as documented by Garry Webb in his book, Dark Alliance.
Basiago’s major contention is that the CIA used time travel technologies for intelligence gathering purposes in a variety of scenarios, including predicting and influencing future Presidents. In this regard Basiago proposes:
Basiago’s proposal to disclose classified time travel technologies has much merit, and could lead to many benefits. In particular, his description of “Chronovision” technology – based on holographic interaction with possible future events – would bring in a predictive element into ordinary people’s lives that could help them make better career and personal choices. On the other hand, such technology could also be easily abused by a police state that decides to use it as a tool for law enforcement; to preemptively act against perpetrators of predicted crimes as depicted in the popular movie, The Minority Report.
Another of Basiago’s proposals elaborates on teleportation technologies. He says:
Basiago dates these secret teleportation technologies to the 1940’s, more specifically to the 1943 Philadelphia Experiment. This is consistent with other whistleblower and researcher claims regarding how the U.S. Navy accidentally discovered teleportation allegedly during the development of a radar invisibility program.
In Basiago’s version of the historical development of teleportation technology, it was too dangerous to develop at the time and was shelved until better understood. It was roughly 25 years later that teleportation was operationalized as a safe means of transportation for personnel in classified programs.
Basiago claims that the breakthrough in developing teleportation technology for operational purposes came through the Ralph M. Parsons company that cooperated with the Advanced Research Projects Agency (later renamed DARPA) and the CIA. In an affidavit, he asserted that in 1967-68, teleportation became “fully operational in the secret realms of the US defense-technical community.” Basiago says that in 1967-68, he was the first American child to be teleported when his father, Raymond, inducted him into the Project Pegasus program.
According to Basiago, Mars soon became an important teleportation destination, and this allowed the development of colonies there whose existence ought to be disclosed as his following proposal advocates:
Basiago cites, as independent support for the development of teleportation as a means of space travel used in classified programs, the testimony of Michael Relfe. Relfe has claimed that in 1976, he was teleported to Mars in a 20 year and back program, which was documented in the two volume book, The Mars Records. Later, in 1980, Basiago claims that he was part of a CIA run teleportation program to Mars. Basically, Basiago’s version of teleportation technology as an operational program dates to 1967/68 when Project Pegasus began.
More recently, other whistleblowers have emerged that provide an alternative historical version of the development of teleportation technology and its operational use for traveling to Mars and elsewhere. Corey Goode claims that teleportation was first developed by scientists working for the Nazi SS and/or German Secret Societies during the Second World War. Subsequently, from hidden bases in Antarctica and South America, the Nazis used teleportation technologies to travel to the Moon, Mars and other distant locations.
Goode described in some detail how the Germans relied heavily on the use of teleportation for transporting equipment before it could be safely used for personnel. After secret agreements had been reached between the Eisenhower Administration and the Nazi/German Secret Societies in the 1950’s, Goode describes extensive cooperation in the colonization of Mars through teleportation:
It wasn’t until the ’50s that they were able to start transporting people consistently without them suffering. I believe they called it temporal dementia. People would teleport intact from here to Mars. They would look fine, but then after a number of days, they would suffer some sort of dementia, they would call temporal dementia. And the Germans did a lot of work in this field that helped us figure out how to do this properly– them working alongside their ET allies.
Another more recent whistleblower, William Tompkins, publicly emerged in December 2015 with impressive documents to support his claims that Nazi Germany had achieved numerous technological breakthroughs. In a February 25 interview with the writer, Tompkins revealed that these breakthroughs included the development and use of teleportation technology.
Tompkins learned of Germany’s scientific achievements through Navy spies embedded in advanced technology programs run by the Nazis during World War II. In his book, Selected by Extraterrestrials, Tompkins describes his attendance at debriefings of the spies at the Naval Air Station in San Diego from 1942 to 1945. Tompkins job was to subsequently disseminate the information in these debriefings to any U.S. industries, and think tanks capable of understanding and reverse engineering these Nazi programs.
If we accept Goode and Tompkins testimonies as accurate, then teleportation technology was successfully developed and operationalized in the 1940’s by the Nazi regime, 25 years before the onset of the CIA/DARPA run Project Pegasus program in 1967-1968. Getting the history right when it comes to the successful development and use of teleportation technology becomes relevant when another of Basiago’s proposals is examined. He says:
Here, Basiago is claiming that the CIA’s classified development and use of teleportation technology for off-planet travel occurred at the same time that NASA began operations in the 1960’s. He is suggesting that the real “secret space program” is run by the CIA and not NASA.
This claim raises a number of problems when it comes to genuine “Disclosure of Secret Space Projects” as Basiago’s above proposal is asserting. According to Goode and Tompkins, the era of secret space programs began with the Nazis/German Secret Societies in the 1930’s/1940’s, and then involved different branches of the U.S. military setting out to replicate these German technological achievements.
According to Goode, the U.S. Military Industrial Complex began cooperating with the German Breakaway space program in the 1950’s. In a similar vein, Tompkins says the Douglas Aircraft Company and other corporations and think tanks began working in the 1950’s on antigravity space craft, while being fully aware of the rival secret German space program operating out of Antarctica and South America.
Indeed, Tompkins describes in his book, Selected by Extraterrestrials, how the Nazis were sabotaging the Apollo program. Support for Tompkin’s claim comes from another veteran aerospace whistleblower, Clark McClelland, who says he personally witnessed Nazi SS general Hans Kammler at the Kennedy Space Center, and that Operation Paperclip scientists were being intimidated by the Nazi SS even during the 1960’s!
Despite Nazi infiltration and sabotage, the first U.S. Navy space battle groups would finally be deployed in the mid-1980’s according to Goode and Tompkins. They each say the Navy’s secret space program was called Solar Warden. Prior to the deployment of the Navy space battle groups, the Navy and U.S.A.F had successfully developed antigravity prototype spacecraft that could achieve short range space missions.
It is very likely that Basiago was simply not briefed about the real history of secret space programs and the role of the Nazis/German Secret Societies in pioneering teleportation and antigravity space craft, and of the U.S. military industrial complex playing catch up ever since World War II.
It is very concerning, however, that Basiago is making a case that the CIA was running the real “secret space program” via teleportation technologies since 1960’s. The truth is much more likely that the CIA program was an intelligence gathering operation that was also a useful cover for secret space programs associated either with the Nazi/German breakaway space program, or the Solar Warden program being developed by the U.S. Navy.
Basiago’s run for President evokes mixed responses from the UFO and exopolitical community. There are legitimate concerns about the role of CIA in grooming Basiago to run as a predicted future President, as allegedly also occurred with Barack Obama. This raises the possibility that Basiago’s experiences have been shaped over a long term period in a very sophisticated psychological operation designed to make him an advocate of a disclosure agenda supported by CIA ‘White Hats’.
On the other hand, Basiago is very sincere, educationally highly qualified, and an articulate spokesperson for the Disclosure movement, who very likely has genuinely been involved in classified CIA/DARPA programs for close to 50 years. Andrew Basiago’s 100 proposals for his 2016 Presidential campaign, therefore, deserve serious scrutiny and debate by all seeking the truth about the history of advanced time travel and teleportation technologies, and the origins of secret space programs.
In part two of this series, it was claimed that CIA White Hats had begun in 1980 to groom Barack Obama as a future U.S. President, while simultaneously grooming Andrew Basiago to follow him some time after into the White House.
Basiagos path to the Presidency would follow a different trajectory than Obamas more traditional grass roots political career in one of the two major U.S. political parties. Basiago would instead become a whistleblower and disclose his involvement in two classified programs – Project Pegasus and a CIA Jump Room Program to Mars. Basiagos disclosure testimony would subsequently underpin his Truth Campaign to become U.S. President.
If Basiagos claims are accurate about he and Obama being groomed as future Presidents, which includes what the CIA White Hats exposed Basiago to during his childhood and early adulthood, then what is the ultimate agenda of these alleged White Hats?
For an answer, we need to return to Basiagos core claim that one of the purposes of the time travel technologies was to identify future U.S. Presidents. In part one, it was pointed out that during Project Pegasus, a number of U.S. Presidents and Vice Presidents were pre-identified and then briefed by CIA/DARPA personnel, after which Basiago met them during informal lunches.
Later, during the Mars Jump Room training, Basiago claims that he and Obama were also pre-identified as future Presidents. This is a perplexing scenario given Basiagos claim that he and Barack Obama were sent to Mars to basically only maintain a specified threshold of humans physically present, while escaping life threatening situations from marauding Martian predators. They were told:
Simply put, your task is to be seen and not eaten.
Why would two allegedly pre-identified U.S. Presidents to come, be treated in such a dangerous and callous way?
One answer is that such experiences were part of the grooming of Obama and Basiago for their future roles. Both would be taught to fear the power of their CIA handlers, who had the power of life and death over them. Arguably, such experiences would make them more amenable to CIA influence if they succeeded in being voted into high political office.
Yet such an answer doesnt satisfactorily explain why some pre-identified future Presidents would be exposed to a classified space program involving Mars, when other Presidents like Kennedy, Carter and Clinton, were denied access to similar information.
In the case of President Kennedy, his efforts to get access to classified UFO files were a direct factor in his assassination through the direct complicity of the CIA as discussed in the book, Kennedy’s Last Stand.
There is also credible testimony that President Carter was flatly denied access to classified UFO files by the outgoing Director of the CIA, George H.W. Bush.
In the case of President Clinton, he appointed a close friend, Webster Hubbell, to the third most senior Department of Justice position, in order to find answers to two questions: One, who killed JFK? And two, are there UFOs?
Why would Barack Obama, for example, have been given access to such highly classified information, when it was denied to Kennedy, Carter and Clinton?
Was Basiago subjected to mind control to make him believe events concerning Obama and teleportation to Mars occurred as he recalled, or was being told? In this regard, he does acknowledge that people were brainwashed when they entered these kinds of projects and when they left.
Did such brainwashing happen with Basiago? If so, it is possible that Basiagos recollections of Barack Obamas participation in the Mars Jump Room Project was contrived by his CIA handlers.
In part two, it was pointed out that investigative reporter Wayne Madsen, in 2010, was the first to raise the possibility that Obama was groomed by the CIA to become a future President. Was Basiago brainwashed to include the Mars teleportation element to Obamas background to muddy the waters so Madsens earlier claim could be more easily discredited?
While possible, there is significant evidence supporting Basiagos version of events here.
Obama did attend Occidental College in Los Angeles at the time Basiago claims that he, Obama and others were traveling to a secret jump room facility at 999 N. Sepulveda Boulevard in El Segundo, California in 1980. The distance between Occidental College and El Segundo is approximately 25 miles.
Also, according to Basiago, Obama used the name Barry Soetoro during his participation in the CIA Mars Jump Room Program. This is supported by researchers who have found college transcripts showing Obama did use that name in the past, including his time at Occidental College.
Finally, two other whistleblowers, Brett Stillings and Bernard Mendez have come forward to confirm their participation in the Mars Jump Room program, and Barack Obamas involvement. They support Basiagos claim that Obama used the name Barry Soetaro during the covert program.
Incredibly, Basiago may have been right all along that Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, was a participant in a classified CIA project where participants were led to believe they were secretly traveling to Mars through classified teleportation technologies. Whether they actually travelled to Mars or not, its possible that Obama was recruited and trained as a CIA asset during his time at Occidental College. This is consistent with what Madsen had earlier claimed about the Obama CIA link.
One thing is clear from Basiagos narration of events recalled from his youth during Project Pegasus, and later from the CIA Mars Jump Room program. Principal CIA figures, including his father (Raymond Basiago), were in favor of disclosure of the time travel and jump room technologies, and encouraged Basiago down a path towards that end.
The picture that emerges of the CIA clandestine services branch is very benign, to say the least. The CIA is involved in the development of time travel and jump room technologies for intelligence gathering purposes, and has key officials encouraging Basiago to believe he will be a future President with the power to one day disclose such technologies to the world.
Andrew Basiago for U.S. President
This takes us back to the December 19 announcement of Andrew Basiago running for U.S. President. He is running as a write-in candidate in those 43 states that allow this. The cost of being on the ballot for all 50 states is estimated to be $5 million, and Basiago rightly objects to paying such an exorbitant amount to simply present an alternative choice to the U.S public.
Basiago clearly believes his 2016 candidacy is a serious bid. This is based on his insider knowledge about his foreseen future role, discovered within a number of classified programs run by the CIA and DARPA of which he was a participant.
While Basiagos 2016 Presidential campaign appears quixotic at the moment, even a partial disclosure of an extraterrestrial cover-up by government authorities would lead to a powerful public reaction against major political parties.
Such a reaction could give momentum to Basiagos candidacy for 2016, or perhaps 2020, potentially raising it to a more serious level, given the publics desire for the truth to be revealed. The detailed testimony of Basiago would reveal some of this desired truth.
What is worth keeping in mind in contemplating these future possibilities is that the CIA, according to Basiago, has gathered intelligence on such scenarios through time-travel technologies. Just as the CIA allegedly groomed Obama to be President, similarly, White Hats in the CIA have groomed Basiago to play the whistleblower role he is currently playing.
Basiago has declared that he is leading a Truth campaign in his 2016 Presidential bid. Yet another powerful force appears to be a covert CIA operation, which according to Basiagos testimony, pre-identified him decades ago as a future President promoting an extraterrestrial and secret space program disclosure platform.
While Basiago clearly believes he was, and perhaps still is, supported by White Hats in the CIA, there are good reasons why even alleged CIA White Hats should not be trusted. While as a child and young adult, Basiago clearly believed that his father and other alleged CIA White Hats were telling him the truth, there is no reason why the general public should accept this belief. He may very likely have been subjected to mind control to alter his memories of past or future events.
Basiagos detailed testimony about his involvement in two classified programs run by the CIA does reveal important and significant information about key personnel, events and institutions involved in these programs. The sheer volume of details and information he has released is very impressive, while his subsequent investigations, along with supporting witnesses, suggests that a significant portion of it is accurate.
Consequently, Basiago appears to be a genuine whistleblower and understandably believes that his 2016 Presidential run is the real deal. Yet, Basiago, by his own testimony, was pre-identified and groomed as a future whistleblower by the CIA to reveal information about classified projects. His disclosures appear to be part of a psychological operation with a big long term agenda, which of course includes depicting the CIA in very favorable terms.
Basiagos 2016 Presidential campaign is therefore very likely a part of a CIA sanctioned limited disclosure program concerning extraterrestrial life and secret space programs. There is a vast amount additional information about secret space programs and extraterrestrial life that his disclosures omit.
For example, Basiago does not discuss the role of German Secret Societies and the Nazi SS in pioneering the first space and time travel technologies, and infiltrating the U.S. military industrial complex in the 1950s. There are significant differences between limited and full disclosure scenarios, as discussed at length in the book Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Alliances.
While evidence suggests Basiago has released valuable information about the development and use of time travel, and teleportation technologies, there is good reason to be very cautious about supporting his Truth campaign with its limited disclosure scenario influenced by CIA White Hats.
Andrew Basiagos 2016 Presidential campaign opens the door to illuminating a covert world of secret space programs and extraterrestrial life. We should all be thankful for his public disclosures and attempt to bring these issues into the 2016 Presidential race as a serious topic. Ultimately, this can aid the much bigger full disclosure scenario as truth breaks free from its CIA shackles.
On December 19, Andrew Basiago, J.D., officially declared on the nationally syndicated Coast to Coast radio show that he is running as a candidate for the 2016 U.S. Presidential election. He announced that he would soon release 100 proposals, which would include telling the truth about classified projects run by the CIA that he claims to have directly participated in involving time travel and trips to Mars.
According to Basiago, these classified CIA programs pre-identified him as a future U.S. President. Is Basiago a heroic whistleblower disclosing the existence of extraterrestrial life and secret space programs, or part of a CIA sanctioned psychological operation to manipulate the disclosure process?
Basiago’s campaign will be based on the three pillars, “Truth; Reform; and Innovation in a New Agenda for a New America.” He has explained the goals of his Presidential Truth campaign bid as follows:
My plan, basically, is to sustain my Truth campaign about secret US achievements of time travel and Mars visitation; [to] continue to share my experiences in Project Pegasus [a classified time travel program] and on Mars in mainstream and alternative media. And then, as part of my recommendations of what I would bring about as President – a major one is what I would do with these two technical capabilities when I run for president in 2016.
Alfred Webre, a prominent futurist and legal scholar, pointed out a key element of Basiago’s past participation in classified CIA programs, and why he has declared himself as a U.S. Presidential candidate:
… career CIA officers associated with DARPA’s-secret time travel program confirmed that U.S. government secret time travel pre-identified him as a future U.S. President — as it did U.S. Presidents George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama.
The role of the CIA in pre-identifying Basiago as a future President leads to an important question. Was Basiago groomed by the CIA, since childhood, to eventually run for the U.S. Presidency on a CIA sanctioned “disclosure program?” Answering this question requires some examination of Basiago’s claims concerning teleportation, time travel, trips to Mars; and the CIA’s role in preparing him for an eventual Presidential run.
CIA, DARPA and Project Pegasus Basiago claims that in 1967/1968, when he was age six, his father Raymond Basiago introduced him to a teleportation device by which he was physically transported from New Jersey to New Mexico, as “the first American child to teleport.”
I was first brought into Project Pegasus by my father in 1967-68, when at age six I teleported with him from New Jersey to New Mexico via a teleporter located in Building 68 at the “old” Curtiss-Wright Aeronautical Company facility formerly at 1 Passaic Avenue in Wood Ridge, New Jersey. This “jump” resulted in me becoming the first American child to teleport.
Basiago said that his father soon after recruited him into a CIA-run intelligence gathering operation called “Project Pegasus” in which he served until 1972. Basiago states: “Project Pegasus at the time that I joined it in 1969 was not primarily a time travel project – it was an intelligence program for the CIA.”
Project Pegasus involved children testing up to a total of eight different time-travel and teleportation related technologies, and revealing what they had experienced in subsequent debriefings:
Project Pegasus was debriefing the teleportees and the other forms of time travelling – time travelers – including myself, having gone to the past and future using different methodologies and different technologies – so we were being interviewed to derive when we were going forward in time … information with which the US government could create reports that were promulgated by the CIA, and then sent around the project in other areas of the government to people with a ‘need to know’ status, to know of certain events.
Project Pegasus was alleged to be a vital national security program and was administratively placed under the control of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA –named ARPA at the time.).
In a signed affidavit released on September 11, 2012, Basiago says:
The mission of Project Pegasus was to use quantum access to develop a “remote sensing in time” capability pertaining to non-local events on behalf of the Executive Branch of the United States government. It was hoped that by developing better intelligence about past and future events, Project Pegasus would enable the US president, intelligence community, and military to engage in better contingency planning for future events. Project Pegasus was trying to accomplish this by developing different time travel technologies in a research and development program under the aegis of DARPA.
Basiago claimed that the Ralph M. Parsons company, was directly involved in developing some of these time travel technologies of interest to the CIA and DARPA. Basiago’s father, Raymond, was a “special projects engineer” for the company and its liaison with the CIA.
In investigating the precise nature of his father’s relationship with the CIA, Basiago states in his signed affidavit that to all intents and purposes, Raymond was a CIA agent:
During his 18 years of employment with the Parsons Corporation ostensibly working on conventional engineering projects, my father was secretly employed as the technical liaison between Parsons and the CIA on the theory and practice of teleportation. While it is not clear whether Raymond F. Basiago was ever a CIA officer per se, his work with DARPA, the CIA, and other US military and intelligence agencies was extensive enough for him to be in the CIA employee database. When I inquired of my father’s employment status with the CIA through an intermediary ten years ago, I was told by the CIA that they could not release information to the family members of living or deceased CIA personnel.

Basiago has described the extensive connections between the CIA and the Ralph Parsons company which included a former CIA Director, John McCone, in its leadership team.
Basiago believes that his father and other CIA personnel in Project Pegasus were “White Hats” in favor of public disclosure ,and release of the teleportation technologies:
So he [Raymond Basiago] was CIA – as were many other people. But I’m proud of my dad and I think you can say that he was a ‘White Hat’ inside the intelligence community; because among other things, he was actively urging the public adoption – the declassification and deployment of Tesla teleportation – for civilian functions, for civilian transport, when he was serving on this project.
This admission is vitally important for understanding Basiago’s disclosure testimony, and involvement in CIA run projects. As far as he was concerned, his father and others were “White Hats” fighting the good fight within the CIA to release these advanced technologies to the world.
Basiago’s Time Travel Expeditions Basiago has described a number of time travel expeditions he has undertaken during his time in Project Pegasus. This included time travel back to Gettysburg in 1863, to hear Lincoln address the Union troops, using a wormhole technology called “plasma confinement.” The effects of this mode of time travel wore off after a period, thereby returning him to the present:
The Plasma Confinement Chamber. In Spring 1972, my father took me to a time lab in East Hanover, NJ where, under the direction of Dr. Stirling Colgate, I entered a Lucite chamber where plasma was emitted, and while immersed in the plasma, I worm-holed to Gettysburg, PA on November 19, 1863, where I was depicted in the famous Josephine Cobb photograph of Abraham Lincoln at Gettysburg.
In support of his claim, Basiago has shown in public lectures the Cobb photograph of the Gettysburg address with a child in the foreground. He claims that he was told by Project Pegasus leaders that he was the child, and that it happened just before he returned back to 1972.
1863 photo allegedly with Andy Basiago as a 10 year in the center
Basiago claims that he undertook other journeys into the past, using a different time-travel technology called “the Chronovisor” (aka “Looking Glass”). This enabled past and future events to be experienced holographically, without physically traveling there as he explains:
A “chronovisor” is an electro-optical device that by driving an electro-magnetic signature through a crystal array propagates a hologram that lenses a non-local event into the laboratory. Chronovisors were fully operation in the secret realms of the US defense-technical community by 1967-69.
In 1970, Basiago claims that he and other Project Pegasus child participants visited various classified facilities hosting chronovisors:
In Fall 1970, the children in my group first began accessing past and future events via third and fourth-dimensional Ernetti-Gemelli chronovisors situated at the General Manufacturing Company in Convent Station, New Jersey; a public auditorium under construction in Morristown, New Jersey; and the ITT Defense Communications facility in Nutley, New Jersey.
Basiago’s assertion of visiting a classified facility run by ITT in Nutley, New Jersey in 1970 received surprising corroboration by no less a personage than famed radio host Art Bell, who was at the time employed by ITT in a classified NATO communication project. This was information Bell had never before publicly revealed. He was clearly shocked as Basiago revealed during a live radio interview on August 14, 2015, how he encountered Bell working on a classified project at the Nutley facility in 1970 when Basiago was only 8/9 years old.
Basiago says that through the chronovisor technology a highly classified film was made of the crucifixation and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Basiago claims to have seen the 20 minute film and said it matched what is depicted in biblical accounts of the life of Jesus.
Basiago further claims that the 9/11 twin tower attacks involving Arab terrorists that hijacked two planes was foreseen by his father and other Project Pegasus participants. He says that Donald Rumsfeld was the liaison at the time between Project Pegasus and the Pentagon, and therefore knew about the 9/11 attacks in advance. This led to Basiago putting together a detailed affidavit that he publicly released on September 11, 2012, as a submission to a non-official investigation called the Vancouver 9/11 Tribunal.
I am filing this affidavit with the tribunal because I have direct, personal knowledge of the fact that a secret time travel project for which he served as defense attache gave Donald H. Rumsfeld, who served as US Secretary of Defense during 9/11, prior knowledge of 9/11 thirty years before 9/11.
Basiago’s affidavit became a contentious issue for the Vancouver Tribunal and ultimately led to an acrimonious split between Alfred Webre, who wanted to submit it, and Jim Fetzer and others who believed it would subvert the 9/11 Truth Movement.
At this stage, it is worth examining Basiago’s credibility as a whistleblower. In his signed 2012 affidavit, Basiago affirms:
This affidavit is accurate to the best of my ability to remember and tell the true life experiences that I testify to in it and is made without any motive to deceive or purpose of evasion.
Basiago has an impressive educational resume with degrees from UCLA and Cambridge University, which has culminated in him having a private law practice in Washington State. As such, he is professionally required to adhere to high ethical standards in order to continue being an officer of the court. Among these is telling the truth when it comes to public activities.
This is a fact that Basiago has emphasized again and again when it comes to his disclosures that, if proven to be untrue, would lead to his disbarment and effectively end his professional career.
There is little debate over his father’s professional background as an engineer, and the possibility that the Ralph Parsons company was directly involved in classified time-travel projects. The Parsons company had been involved, since its formation, in a number of highly classified programs run by the Department of Defense. This included developing silos for the placement of U.S. strategic nuclear missiles.
It is very plausible that the Parsons company would have been chosen to spearhead research and development of a classified program such as Pegasus, as Basiago claimed. Indeed, he describes an intriguing incident involving a luxury yacht purchased by the company founder, Ralph Parsons, from the arms trader, Adnan Kashoggi. Parsons renamed the yacht Pegasus II, in an indirect reference to the Pegasus program that his company had been entrusted with by the CIA and ARPA. A local newspaper covered the event in February 1973:
In his choice of name for his newly acquired luxury yacht, Parsons clearly associated the name ‘Pegasus’ with success and achieving the impossible. Was it mere coincidence, or was the naming due to his company’s success in doing the impossible: developing time travel technologies that provided the CIA a unique intelligence gathering capacity? If so, would the CIA use such technology to determine who future U.S. Presidents would be, and attempt to influence them prior to the events leading to their Presidencies?
Project Pegasus and Pre-identifying Future Presidents Basiago says a number of U.S. Presidents and Vice-Presidents were “pre-identified” through time traveling by other Project Pegasus participants. These pre-identified (Vice-) Presidents were met by Basiago’s father and other CIA/DARPA personnel in informal lunches which Basiago also attended as a pre-teen:
I also met several future national leaders of the United States at lunches that were held in Albuquerque, NM with project principals shortly after they were apprised of the fact that using its quantum access capability DARPA had determined that they were destined to serve as President or Vice President of the United States. These individuals included President George H.W.Bush, Vice President Richard B. Cheney, President George W. Bush, and President William J. Clinton.
Less than a decade after completing his participation in Project Pegasus in 1972, Basiago claims that he learned that Barack Obama, and Basiago himself, had been pre-identified as future Presidents during another classified program run by the CIA. This raises the question, is Basiago’s 2016 Presidential run the “real deal” or is it part of a CIA psychological operation?
‘Chad Johnson’ claims to have spent nearly three days on Mars after a nearly eight month journey there and a similar time for the return trip. He says he flew as part of a crew of three U.S. astronauts on a secret Russian and Chinese funded private venture launched out of a remote Chinese region of the Gobi desert. The purpose was to collect rock samples to evaluate the potential for profitable mining operations for future Mars missions.
I was part of a team of 3 astronauts that went to Mars on a privately funded secret mission, 2 are now dead, they’re killing us to preserve the secret.
Intrigued by his message, Morgan Kochel contacted Johnson and conducted an interview using Twitter direct messaging system that was published sometime in February 2012 . Johnson claimed that he was on the run to avoid a similar fate to his two fellow crew members and had to communicate by Twitter for security reasons. He told Kochel that “Chad Johnson” was a pseudonym to protect himself and his family.
Kochel’s interview reveals an intriguing story. Close analysis of key elements in Johnson’s alleged Mars mission raises some troubling questions about whether his claims are genuine, fabricated or a mixture of both. Rather than being a genuine whistleblower revealing the truth about a secret mission to Mars, he may in fact be a covert operative attempting to deceive the public about what is really happening on Mars. To get an answer, we need to explore Johnson’s main claims and see whether these stand up to close scrutiny.
Johnson’s main claim is that the trip to Mars lasted a total of roughly 460 days using conventional rocket engines:
Training lasted twelve months, very intense, including psychiatric tests. It took us about 230 days to get there, and slightly less back. We used rocket technology regularly available now. Just bigger tanks and more thrust. Nothing unusual in equipment to get there, but better radiation protection, as you can imagine, due to journey time:
We were on the surface for about 65 hours, enough time to gather samples and collate gas makeup readings of the atmosphere, and to explore a little bit. Radiation was always going to be an issue, so we had strict allocations of surface time, then we had to return.
Problem is that any trip to Mars using conventional rockets would require at least a three month stay, not less than three days (65 hours) there due to the orbits of Mars and Earth as the following NASA website and diagram makes clear:
Just like you have to wait for Earth and Mars to be in the proper position before you head to Mars, you also have to make sure that they are in the proper position before you head home. That means you will have to spend 3-4 months at Mars before you can begin your return trip. All in all, your trip to Mars would take about 21 months: 9 months to get there, 3 months there, and 9 months to get back. With our current rocket technology, there is no way around this.
With the conventional rocket technologies used by national space programs, it would be impossible for a Mars mission to spend less than three days on the surface before returning as Johnson claims.
Another troubling issue raised by Johnson’s story is the claim that the Russian and Chinese funders used American astronauts:
We spent several months training in close proximity to each other and were all Americans, which surprised me, and it shows how little faith they had in, say, a Russian or Chinese astronaut.
This makes little sense given the large cost and cooperation needed to put together such a secret Mars mission by the Chinese and Russian private funders. If trust was an issue, then this could have emerged at any point and led to breakdown in the secret mission which required several years to prepare and complete. It’s hard to imagine that the private funders did not trust each other sufficiently to perform the mission with their own nationals. This is especially so given that the Chinese government would have had a keen interest in the privately funded secret mission scheduled to launch from its own territory.
Furthermore, Johnson is very vague about his own qualifications to be an astronaut, but quite clear that he was a CIA operative deployed to spy at NASA where he presumably trained as an astronaut. He said:
I went to Portland State, Oregon… and studied math and after a few jobs wound up in the U.S. Air Force… I was seconded to the CIA for about two years; ironically, part of my brief was to observe some of the foreign scientists at NASA…. My CIA days were mainly whilst training at NASA and were evidence of the paranoia the organization had towards any foreign national working in a high security government installation.
Johnson is claiming that not only did the Chinese and Russian private funders hire a U.S. astronaut, but one that was a CIA operative as well! If the Chinese and Russian funders didn’t trust each other, why would they be so naïve about the intelligence background of one of their American astronauts?
Next, Johnson claims that he returned to Earth roughly three months before the February 2012 interview with Morgan Kochel, and then spent six weeks at the Gobi desert facility before escaping. That meant that the mission returned to Earth sometime in November, and escaped around late December 2011:
I was lucky. I spent a few days aimlessly roaming the desert, and then I bumped into one of the many nomadic tribes who helped me get safe passage out of there. I headed for Mumbai, hitchhiking and walking …
Problem with this part of his story is that the Gobi desert is high arid desert with temperatures dropping to extreme lows in the winter months such as December:
The Gobi is a cold desert, and winters are long. Snow, if it falls, can begin as early as September. Below freezing temperatures can occur as late as July. January is the coldest month, and average January low and high temperatures range between -24 and -11 degrees Celsius (-11 to 12 degrees Fahrenheit). However, temperatures in the Gobi can drop to much more frigid temperatures, and lows can reach below -40 degrees Celsius (-40 degrees Fahrenheit).
It’s hard to imagine how Johnson, could survive a “few days aimlessly roaming the desert” in such extreme conditions before finding some nomads that helped him escape to India.
As to what is actually on Mars, this is what Johnson had to say about life on Mars:
I wouldn’t rule out life in previous times on Mars, as certainly there could have been, as we had limited access to any samples…. Also, I’m pretty sure they created a UFO diversion to cover our return. This was a well-funded mission, and I’ll bet some of those who are funding it are in the upper echelons of Russian and Chinese society and capable of pulling off such a stunt. That’s another reason why they wanted us kept quiet.
Something worth keeping in mind here is that Johnson is saying a “UFO diversion” is used as a standard operating procedure to hide secret space missions. He also said:
The atmospherics are not suitable for sustaining life as we know it … too gaseous and thin. The rock formations are fascinating, though. They allude to a previous time where there may have been life or something more sustainable. I just wished we had more time on the surface. That region was perfect since hardly anyone had been there, so nobody bothered to question us.
We saw no ET’s, though. This should hopefully make people realize most of what they are told about Mars is fake or simply untrue. The samples we brought back could be worth billions and billions, so a few fake aliens are a brilliant diversion.
This is what really got my attention given the whistleblower testimonies of others that there are bases on Mars used by a secret space program that use advanced antigravity vehicles that travel there and back far more quickly than the nine months needed for conventional rockets. According to Randy Cramer (aka Captain Kaye) the first Mars bases were established in the 1970s and he spent 17 years there from 1987 to 2004 at a military base protecting five civilian bases (Mars Colony Corporation) performing mining operations:
The Mars Colony Corporation was set up in about 1974/1975. My understanding is that we were on Mars the very first time around the mid-60s, but really didn’t try to do anything serious, or really prepared to do anything with that until the 1970s. My understanding is that our first exploratory mission that was sent there to stay any length of time was 1970. Then after a few years it was decided that we were ready to go ahead and establish a Mars Colony Corporation foothold, and set up a few settlements and attempt to do some mining, and extract some resources to make it pay for itself. Apparently that was about 1975, when the Mars Colony Corporation set foot on Mars and started its first mining operation.
More recently we have the testimony of Corey Goode who says that he traveled to a secret Mars base that belonged to an organization called the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) where he saw slave-labor-like conditions there at a corporate run facility conducting mining operations.
The ICC has an entire industrial infrastructure that includes bases, stations, outposts, mining operations and facilities on Mars, various moons and spread throughout the main Asteroid Belt (where a “Super Earth Planet” once existed). They have facilities to take raw materials and turn them into usable materials to produce both complex metals and composite materials that our material sciences have not dreamt of yet…. we would fly down to the [Mars] location where we would be met by 4 to 6 armed guards. We would be instructed not to make eye contact or communicate with anyone for any reason unless it was directly related to the work we were there to do…. We would be escorted directly to the location of the work. The local facilities security team would watch us very closely and then escort us directly back to our shuttle craft after the work had been completed and tested. We were never asked if we would like a tour, invited to spend the night or stay and share a meal with the personnel or inhabitants of the facility. We did however get a chance to see some of the people. They were usually pale, unhealthy looking both physically and mentally and seemed very much like slave labor.
There is also the testimony of “Jackie” who worked for NASA to maintain downlinked telemetry monitors, and claims she saw two astronauts approach one of the Viking landers in 1979. They came from either a nearby base or spacecraft.
The issues I’ve identified above along with the whistleblower testimonies concerning existing mining operations on Mars leads to the question, is Johnson telling the truth about his alleged Mars mission? The Edward Snowden document releases has confirmed what many researchers have long suspected. The intelligence agencies of the five echelon countries: USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand train covert operatives to deceive the public on a range of topics including the UFO issue.
If there is a secret space program with bases on Mars as other whistleblowers have claimed, then this would be an area of UFO research targeted by online operatives. This is supported by Johnson’s claim that the secret space mission he participated in used a “UFO diversion” to hide the truth about its return to Earth. This confirms that deception about UFOs and extraterrestrial life is a standard part of how intelligence agencies operate when it comes to the truth about secret space programs. All this raises the question of whether Chad Johnson is a genuine whistleblower or an intelligence operative spreading disinformation?
Attempts to contact Johnson for answers to some of the questions raised above have so far been unsuccessful. Johnson’s own admission that he was a CIA operative along with unresolved questions raised by his testimony suggests that his “real Mars mission” was not to reveal the truth about a secret journey there using conventional rockets to explore the potential for future mining operations. His real (CIA) mission appears to have been to spread disinformation, in order to hide the truth about secret space programs using advanced spacecraft propulsion systems (antigravity) that have already established mining bases on Mars.
Summary of analysis of Leaked CIA document in response to critical analysis. Source: Lee Nicholson
On May 19, 2014 Lee Nicholson from the popular Outpost Forum, announced the results of a detailed analysis of more declassified documents from the CIA electronic archives that help confirm the validity of a leaked document allegedly of a CIA wiretap of Marilyn Monroe and her closest friends. Monroe had been under CIA surveillance due to her friendship with the Kennedy brothers and communist sympathizers up to the time of her mysterious death on August 5, 1962, two days after the Wiretap document. The Wiretap document is a summary of her recent phone conversations where she planned a “tell all” press conference revealing President Kennedy’s secrets and knowledge about a retrieved UFO at a USAF facility. In response to a critical analysis of his initial article about his research at the CIA electronic archives, Nicholson analyzed further CIA documents that addressed the criticisms and published the results. His conclusion is that the Wiretap document matches authentic CIA documents so closely “that it could not have been faked without access to CIA archives.” Consequently, the leaked wiretap document is either an authentic CIA document leaked to the public, or a document that was created by some with access to the CIA archives who likely had authorization to do so.
In response to Nicholson’s first article released on April 14, four key points emerged in a critical analysis of his research. These were:
1. All CIA documents from that time frame contained a phrase on the bottom of the page which stated: “Automatically declassified by code xxxx on xx/xx/xxxx.” This is noticeably absent on the Marilyn wiretap document. 2. The classification “Top Secret – Not for publication” never appeared on documents. It is a non sequitur. The ranking of a document as “Top Secret” is and of itself the actual highest ranking, higher even than any document containing other code names or phrases along with the Top Secret stamp. 3. The document is also missing a border color. It should have a blue stripe on it. 4. The CIA was not using typewriters in 1963. By that time everything that was typed came from either teletype machines or by early computers and printers.
Nicholson used newly declassified Information Reports from the CIA’s electronic archives to answer each of the criticisms. In response to the first criticism, he found that Information Reports contain classification information at the very bottom. In the leaked CIA Wiretap document, Nicholson points out:
One thing we can say for sure is that our leaked document has been cropped both top and bottom, it does not contain the words “Information Report”, this may have been done accidently or on purpose by the individual that leaked the document.
Information Report with Multiple Markings. Click image to expand. Source: Lee Nicholson
With regard to the second point, Nicholson found multiple classification stamps on CIA documents. This signified that documents are routinely downgraded and stamped accordingly prior to release. He provided an example of a CIA document with multiple security stamps. He wrote:
It is my contention therefore that the Marilyn Wiretap was initially classified Top Secret but was later downgraded prior to leaking, at which time the second “NOT FOR PUBLICATION” stamp was added.
Regarding the third point, of a missing border color, Nicholson points out that it is missing due to the document being cropped prior to being leaking.
Finally, with regard to the document being created using a type writer or teletype machine, Nicholson analyzed the fonts of the leaked document and declassified CIA documents and found them to be virtually identical with each other as he demonstrated in a comparison graphic. He wrote:
Type face comparison between leaked CIA document and a declassified CIA Information Report. Source: Lee Nicholson
Whether the Marilyn wiretap document was hand typed or printed is really as moot point, as either way it is 100% consistent with declassified CIA Information Reports …
Nicholson’s conclusion from his analysis of a number of declassified CIA Information Reports is that the Monroe wiretap document was an Information Report subjected to a review prior to its dissemination. Nicholson suggested:
… either a semi-official declassification process occurred, in the case of a sanctioned release. Or an extremely cautious and experienced archivist sanitized the document before it was passed to Tim Cooper in 1992, if the document was smuggled out and leaked without consent.
The implications of Nicholson’s research are staggering. Authenticating the allegedly leaked CIA Wiretap document shows not only that Monroe was under official surveillance by the CIA, but that her death was more than likely linked to her planned tell all press conference. Monroe’s knowledge that President Kennedy had seen artifacts from a crashed UFO housed at a classified Air Force facility would have shocked the nation then. Today, such knowledge not only helps explains Monroe’s mysterious death two days after the Wiretap document date, but also casts light on JFK’s assassination just over a year later.
Comparison of Monroe Wiretap document with declassified CIA Information Report. Source: Outpost Forum
New evidence has just been released supporting the authenticity of a leaked CIA document allegedly of wiretaps of Marilyn Monroe and her friends shortly before her suspicious death on August 4, 1962. The wiretap document revealed that Monroe was planning to give a press conference about what President Kennedy had told her of a visit to an undisclosed Air Force facility where he saw the debris of a crashed UFO. The Monroe wiretap document was first leaked in 1992 to a UFO researcher, and was made public in 1994. It has not been confirmed by the CIA to be genuine, and remains open to dispute. The new evidence that was revealed yesterday shows that the leaked document conforms closely to a standard classified Information Report form used by the CIA in 1963. Either someone broke the law by forging or using a standard CIA Information Report form for classified reports at the time of Monroe’s death, or the Monroe wiretap document was indeed a classified report about a wiretap of Monroe and her friends.
This is what the alleged CIA wiretap document, dated August 3, 1962, had to say about Monroe’s knowledge of Kennedy and UFOs:
Rothberg indicated in so many words, that she [Monroe] had secrets to tell, no doubt arising from her trists [sic] with the President and the Attorney General. One such “secret” mentions the visit by the President at a secret air base for the purpose of inspecting things from outer space.
2. Subject repeatedly called the Attorney General and complained about the way she was being ignored by the President and his brother.
3. Subject threatened to hold a press conference and would tell all.
The discoverer of the CIA intelligence report is Lee Nicholson from the Outpost Forum. In his April 14 forum post he described what he found after visiting the CIA’s electronic reading room:
During the process of researching this article I spent several hours at the CIA’s electronic reading room looking at documents from the 1960s, in an attempt to find examples of similar typeface to that seen in our questioned document …. I discovered a CIA Information Report dated 18th March, 1963 with the subject heading: “Projected Soviet Space Launchings” which was declassified on the 16th of July 2011. This authentic CIA information report is an almost perfect match in style and presentation for the leaked ‘Marilyn document’.
Nicholson went on to describe new facts emerging from a comparison between the declassified CIA document and the Monroe wiretap document:
In fact a close comparison gleans some important new facts. Firstly, we can now see that both documents use the exact same form letter or template information report. Presumably the author would have a stack of these ‘blank’ forms which would be placed into a typewriter to add the relevant information before classification and distribution. We can also see that both documents contain the same secondary typeface, which is in fact Courier type commonly used on IBM typewriters in the 1960s.
Nicholson then described a series of parallels between the declassified 1963 Information Report and the leaked Monroe wiretap document. His conclusion was that they closely matched suggesting that the Monroe document is genuine.
The implications of the Monroe wiretap document being genuine are astounding. It reveals that only one day before her death, Monroe was planning a press conference that would reveal what President Kennedy had confidentially told her about UFOs. The fact that the CIA was monitoring her and wiretapping her phone calls, directly implicates the CIA in her suspicious death and the cover-up of information concerning UFOs.
