Exopol 101 - Introduction to Exopolitics

Exopolitics like any new field, needs an introductory course that conceptually maps out the field in terms of the main evidentiary sources and perspectives on the extraterrestrial presence. This helps in developing conceptual framework for analyzing the political implications of the extraterrestrial presence. The key evidence supporting an extraterrestrial presence needs to be understand, as well as the main theories about what extraterrestrial are doing on Earth in terms of motivations and activities. Exopol 102 - Citizen Diplomacy with Extraterrestrial Civilizations

A chief feature of exopolitics is the secret communications and agreements between select government agencies and extraterrestrial races. Thus 'galactic diplomacy' at the official level has been underway for as much as 50 years. This course examines the key principles of 'galactic diplomacy' at both the official and unofficial levels aimed at establishing contact, communications and agreements with different extraterrestrial races. In particular, the course examines 'track two' or citizen diplomacy with extraterresrials, and analyses the nature of diplomatic representation on Earth that might be recognized by various extraterrestrial races. The course examines the need for 'citizen diplomacy with extraterrestrials' as a means of complementing official diplomatic relations between major nations and extraterrestrial races.

Exopol 103 - Political Management of Extraterrestrial Affairs

Exopolitics is based on the premise that sufficient evidence exists to merit an exploration of how the extraterrestrial presence has been secretly managed. This course begins unlocking the mysteries of this secret management system by examining how the extraterrestrial presence has been politically managed by major world governments since the early 1930's. The course has a focus on the US since this will be argued to be the most important country for understanding the global management system created to deal with extraterrestrial visitors.
